Ordered an item (not pre order) in November, no delivery, no reply to emails, no contact number and it’s now April. Avoid at all costs. Reported to my bank to try and get my money back.

Excellent products fast delivery worth every

I have not received my order some 6 months later, nor have I had any communication. I have submitted tickets asking for communication or even just acknowledgement but nothing!!
This is a scam company, do not order anything from them.

I was very happy with the timely delivery, item was packed well also. 10/10

Not even worth one star.
As someone else's review said: "Don’t expect your order to arrive or for the company to reply to your emails. [...] I have claimed the money back via my bank. Wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering, terrible company"

This is so true. And they have the audacity to challenge my claim with the bank. The item isn't even on their website anymore and I never got it. I sent emails to three different email addresses that they have and still nothing!

Preorder an item that was constantly delayed on their website. 17 months later it's now been taken offline. I've been emailing trying to get my money back but they don't reply

Great products, fast & efficient check out.

Scam scam scam. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Made a pre order months in advance, never sent items or replied. They cancelled the order 5 months after it was made and no refund came through. I got my money back off bank then this company has re claimed the money back in dispute. Now having to proceed further as they do not reply to emails. Scam site run by charlatans and liars. Scum like this should not be allowed to trade

Got 2 Lego sets. Amazing seller and prompt shopping and delivery. Well packaged. Highly recommend

Possibly a scam site, not just an unreliable site but I think it might actually be a scam as I don’t know anyone who has actually received what they ordered especially pre orders, after months of ignoring my emails I took it to my bank and got my money back, they do reply to emails regarding orders before you order though lol

Fantastic stream, great items, the Guys doing the streams are brilliant. Would definatly buy from again .

Easy sale, easy hassle free, great items

Great delivery, will definitely buy again. Arrived in perfect condition

Great purchases and friendly

Very fast delivery and great quality items

Loving my items. The prices are fabulous and everything is exactly as shown. Arrives quickly and well packaged. Highly recommend.

Very welcoming on the live stream, lovely experience, package came very quick and everything protected.

I pre-ordered an item back in July 2025 for £48.99. I received no updates on the item at all. By January/February all other online retailers seemed to have the item in stock. Still no update. Then no replies to 2/3 emails. I then requested the order be cancelled, which they did, but they never paid my £48.99 back. There's no phone number on the site and all emails are simply ignored. I had to call my bank last night for them to investigate and temporarily pay my £48.99 back. I hope to hear in the next 5 weeks if my bank has been successful in retrieving the money from these utter fraudulent shysters. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
