Infinity Collectables Arvostelua

good packaging, quick delivery

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I pre-ordered items in Oct 2025 that were due to be released Feb 2026. The end of March came round and nothing. Not a peep. Emailed (the only way to contact them) for an update and got no response. Emailed a second time, still nothing.
Tried to claim through PayPal but it's not possible due to it exceeding the 180-day timescale!!
The item I purchased isn't even on their website anymore. Absolute joke and a scam. I WILL get my money back somehow! 🤬

Great shipping and packaging. Exactky what i wanted

I'm currently going through a dispute with HSBC and these scammers, they have the cheek to reject my claim and have tried saying that I received my items haha. All while I have proof that they were cancelled and they have zero proof of ever sending me anything. They're genuinely trying to keep my 700 odd pound after cancelling my items and delisting them from their website, these guys are the literal definition of scammers... I'm so shocked that these guys are being allowed to operate like this, I don't know how they sleep at night honestly.

Great service and delivery.

The items bought are great condition and well worth the money. Great customer service.

Very fast delivery! Items come perfectly packed. Can not fault them one single bit! Very very happy

Decent variety of sets, but some keychains on the wheel as well.

Great online store selling goods at very good prices.

Love the energy from these
All my items came very nicely packaged and will recommend them to friends and family 😊

Excellent prices and quality brand new products. Came well packaged and fast delivery. Definitely recommended. Will be a returning customer.

Amazing experience all round

Avoid this company like the plague. Complete scammers! I ordered a Christmas present for my son back in November- it is now April and nothing received, They don’t reply to emails and I’m now over £100 down and can’t get my money back. So upsetting.

Terrible, ordered something that was “in stock” 6 months ago and have heard nothing about it since. Sent multiple emails with no replies. Lesson learned, stay away.

Sadly a terrible company. What happened since 2024? I made a preorder back in sept 2024, they were communicating back then, all seemed fine, but the preorder is still not recieved (was due Q1 2026) no updates at all, no replies to any of my emails. Lost money. Now i probably wont be able to get this figure as its also sold out everywhere, "cheers guys". Avoid

If I could give less than one star I would. Awful company and like everyone else says scammers. I WARN ANYONE WHO READ THIS TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I luckily had my case resolved, May not be the case with everyone who has ordered from them. I will be reporting them to trading standards as whatever racketeering or scam they are running should stop. And everyone else who has bad experience with them should. Since they changed there website and started selling key-rings among other tat.
