IndiaCakes Arvostelua

I had a wonderful experience ordering cake from IndiaCakes. Delivery was really quick. Thank you IndiaCakes!

Cant believe this fraud is sill operating, Trust pilot should be ashamed

Indiacakes.com is operating a fraudulent business under the false claim of being in service for 20 years. They collect payments by promising timely delivery of orders, but in reality, they fail to deliver and resort to evasive tactics. Their customer service team is trained to speak rudely and dismissively, often acting as if they’re doing customers a favor.

I strongly advise others to avoid using this website. Many people have lost money and had their special occasions ruined due to their deceitful practices. I have officially lodged a cybercrime complaint against them, and efforts are underway to have their website flagged and investigated.

Spoiled the whole birthday occasion, ordered on 20 Sep to deliver birthday cake, they even have the audacity to charge extra for 8 to 10 pm.. After the payment their customer service says its late will deliver nect day... Next day 21st Sept their customer support Mr. Rohit assured the cake wil be delivered by 5pm.. Its almost 10.30 pm no news of Cake or Delivery.

One of the worst experience, spoiled the whole occasion, had to go and buy from the shop physically

They had audacity to even take delivery charge for quick delivery, REFUNDS they never did , they stopped responding to my emails and message .. they send a copoun to use from their site.. Will never order from this company again, they just know to take your money

I would recommend everyone not to order anything from India cakes platform they provide poor services also they make fool to customers after taking payment they send another email to pay extra charges for delivery if you don't pay that they don't refund the money also not provide the delivery. Pathetic service and their customer support team is worst they don't respond on calls and emails.

They ask for your zip code first thing on their website and once you make the payment, they will text you to pay extra charges for the delivery. I placed my order from US paying everything upfront along with transaction fees. On refusing to pay these unnecessary extra delivery charges, they email your order has been delivered . Next thing we find out is the order is modified for them to earn more - they replaced my bamboo plant order with one stem of money plant. The cake delivered was cracked from the sides and the quality of 3 stems of orchids was also not good. On reaching about the issue- they simply do not respond- ignore all your communications.

Sharing a glimpse of email below-

Why did you replace the bamboo plant with money plant ? It’s not the same cost - I didn’t pay Rs. 450 for a stem of money plant. Kindly respond .

UPDATE (30 Sep 2025): How conveniently they mention the items were not available at the location! They are fully aware of everything because they ask for every information upfront. Plus, if India Cakes is truly sorry for the inconvenience, why don't they refund a portion of the cost? They don't even mention anything about it because their purpose has been served- to scam the ordering parties. You have truly lost the Trust of customers with your cunning tactics!

I was ordered 4 dys itself, they said will deliver given pincode, 15th September I called them for updating. They said Beed to pay 280rs delivery charges fr 5,6 km. They not mentioned on the time of order. Too fake and rude staff. Plz don't go with this site, my humble request people who looking fr online service. And if I raise my voice reg my order they are simply disconnecting, I asked them to if u won't deliver u can cancel nd refund my money, they said no, we won't refund u, talking very rude manner. Friends. Plz don't order anything from this site.thanq

Yes, indiacakes is completely fake. Its a big scam. I share My today's experience, I ordered 1 cake for Dhoraji and I already paid 545 rs for 0.5 kg. After sometime I receive 1 mail and msg for 275 rs as extra delivery charges. After that I calling to customer care but not received proper answer. I replied in mail and cancel my order but although I lost my money. I am not receive any reply in mail.

The so called India cakes don't even care for customer's effort with which a person sends a gift to someone . Besides reading your negative reviews I ordered based on a few positive ones and yet u disappointed.
After taking full payment and extra charges for delivery to a remote place and reconfirming the address n times they still did not deliver the order neither responded to any calls
A completely fraud website and company . A combined case in consumer forum should be ahead of your business firm .
You are a total hoax.

Update 20/09/2025 - I asked them for refund They did not refund the money instead they told me you'll get coupon code for the same value. When I tried to use the coupon code for purchase, the website said COUPON CODE INVALID.
After that mentally exhausting experience I requested them to refund my 1500 rupees but I didn't receive my money nor did they responded back.
Still these scammers have the audacity to reply here that they refunded.
Liars.

They take order, accept payment and then send you a couple of emails asking for extra payment in name of extra delivery charges. Another extra payment will be asked for bigger cake as they don't deliver cakes below certain weight. When you contact customer care, they just ask you to complete extra payment and then ghost you. Scam.

⚠️ Warning – Very Poor Service from IndiaCakes.com ⚠️
I strongly recommend avoiding this website. Their service is extremely disappointing and feels like a scam.
I placed an order at 1 PM, but after repeated follow-ups and arguments, they finally delivered only at 8 PM.
The cake delivered was different from what I ordered.
Their customer care team is rude – they even said if I call continuously, they will stop delivering and I won’t get a refund.
No proper support, no responsibility, and they are clearly cheating customers.
Please do not use IndiaCakes.com. Save your money and avoid unnecessary stress.

The ordering process was good. However, on the day of delivery, I received an email saying that I need to pay additional delivery charges and that my order is on hold. I was utterly disappointed - how can you accept an order and then do this as the last moment? You have to tell the customer everything upfront at the time of ordering or I will order somewhere else. When I called for a refund next day, I was told that the order was delivered. So, while I was happy that it was delivered, the experience was really poor. Even the fact that it was delivered was never communicated to me - I received an email after two days about this.

Overall good experience

Taste and quality is good

Great Experiance .And Wonderfull Taste. Nice platform to provide cake on occasions.

Delivered ordered items in short time to the remote location.

Service are all good and delivery service also best

It's a fake site. I ordered cake and did all requested payments. They didn't deliver it. Their customer care numbers don't work.
