I ordered a combo consisting of a cake, roses, and chocolates from IndiaCakes. Not only did they ask for a specific delivery time and charge an extra fee for it, but they delivered the order very late and completely failed to deliver the roses.
To make matters worse, when I reached out via email and live chat to get a resolution or refund for the missing item and late service, I received no proper response or accountability. Charging full price plus delivery fees for a late, incomplete order with zero customer support is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

This business got flagged as AI generated Credit Card fraud Website by my bank 😞 The Website accepts the Order and then the AI Assistent poses as Service Center employee and assures the Delivery . Then another autogenerated email informs the address was very "remote" (10 km from the city). The request for refund was rejected and a they issued me a voucher. But I cannot use it because a they already mentioned I live in a remote village where they don't serve 🤦 . Clearly their business chatbot and their service center lacks the intelligence to operate.I do not recommend this website.

What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience. First I place an order for standard delivery. Then they kept delivery on hold saying I need to pay additional 100 rupees and the delivery location is far and delereved it when it's about time to call it a day and sleep. That's also okay for me. What comes next is terrible. What they delivered was completely nothing like what I had ordered both in design and presentation. They have not even written happy birthday on the cake. They just wrote the name of person. Such an indecent service. When I approach customer service they hang upon me as I was expressing frustration. Never use it.

I have never seen such a poor-quality…
I have never seen such a poor-quality cake in my life. The cake delivered by Indiascake is nowhere close to what was shown on your website. Charging ₹899 for this cake is completely unjustified, as the quality, presentation, and overall experience are far below expectations.
What is most disappointing is that this was meant to be a birthday surprise, and your product completely ruined the occasion. Customers trust your website and pay a premium price expecting a quality product, but what I received was not worth even a fraction of the amount charged.

Pathetic service and poor responses.
I ordered from them and they didnt deliver it. They refunded me with voucher, where i ordered fruits, still it was not delivered. When asked for coupon for undelivered order they either disconnect the phone or will answer that they will send the coupon to email which they never does . My first experience was so bad .They never told me where they sent the voucher during whatsapp chat and they stopped responding although I was professionally chatting with them. My money is kept by them and not returned to me. Already raised a complaint with national consumer helpline - awaiting for their reply.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with IndiaCakes. My order was never delivered, despite being promised on the scheduled date. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability afterward.
I contacted customer service multiple times requesting either delivery of the order or a refund, but my concerns were repeatedly ignored or met with empty assurances. Despite numerous follow-ups, I still have not received my money back.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially since the order was for a special occasion. Taking payment without delivering the product and then failing to process a refund is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from IndiaCakes.

Poor Customer Support and Refund Experience
I had a disappointing experience with IndiaCakes regarding an order that was only partially delivered.

I placed a cake order (Order ID: 2407041623), but later the company cancelled it saying that the delivery location was too far. Instead of providing a refund for the cancelled order, they issued a coupon code, which is of no use to me.
