Pessimo servizio. Ho ordinato la bacchetta il 20 dicembre. Oggi 16 Gennaio ancora nulla. Tracciamento fermo al 3 gennaio. Pessimo pure il consulente che risponde di tanto in tanto sottileando che una volta spedito non ne sanno niente. Non ordinate! Inaffidabili

Unfortunately I didnt read the reviews before purchasing. Only until now when the company have taken more money from my account today (£25) which is unauthorised a month after the original purchase/payment.
How do they get away with this??

I was genuinely looking forward to this wand arriving, and it turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. I fully charged it and followed the website instructions exactly, inserting the paper as directed. When I pressed the button, nothing happened at first. After a few seconds, it just started spewing smoke from the end of the wand. No magic effect, just acrid smoke. The stench was disgusting and filled my entire room.

I switched it off, cleaned it exactly as instructed, and tried again. Same result: smoke and an awful smell. I even tried letting the paper “dry out” in case that was the issue. Still nothing but smoke. At this point, it’s obvious the product simply does not work as advertised.

On top of that, the build quality is embarrassingly bad. The wand feels cheap and flimsy, and the button is so poorly made it actually broke and disappeared inside the wand. I can’t even activate it anymore. For something this badly designed and fragile, the price is absolutely outrageous.

I’ve requested a full refund and, based on this experience, I have zero trust in the glowing reviews on their website. Frankly, they look fake. If you compare this wand to an official branded Harry Potter wand, the difference in quality is laughable. This Severus Snape wand is a rip-off, plain and simple.

Do not waste your money on this. DO NOT BUY.

Absolute lie. Shipping quoted 7-12 days with “our own inventory” and a day to process the order. Reality: took a month drop shipped from china. Ordered Dec 15, arrived Jan 15. I could get an entire shipping container boated here quicker. It even took a week to go from shenzen to Hong Kong, which is literally on the other side of a river! Once it finished a 4 week quest to the US it finally made its way to the delivery state (AZ), then instead of being delivered took a side quest to UTAH for a few days. Emailed the company with no response. I will be PROUD to tell anyone who is slightly curious about Lumitero to avoid avoid avoid their crap scam business.

Der zu Weihnachten verschenkte Zauberstab funktionierte genau 1x, danach kam nur noch Rauch, bis er wenige Minuten später gar nichts mehr machte. Der Glühdraht funktioniert augenscheinlich nicht mehr.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man ihn nur 10 Tage nach dem Kauf hätte zurücksenden können. Da es sich hier aber nicht um einen Widerruf, sondern um einen Mangel am Produkt handelt, steht Kunden in Deutschland ein Gewährleistungsanspruch zu, der hier verwehrt wird. Es kommt keine Rückmeldung mehr vom Support. Unmögliches Geschäftsmodell, Finger weg!

They were not clear about estimated shipping time, took about a month to deliver me the wrong order, without the paper that I ordered. Customer service is useless, appears illiterate, and just wears you down with incompetence. Hidden in the purchase fine print is a $30 per month subscription you are unknowingly signing up for, and terms that include no responsibility for quality of the product or responsibility for shipping. I have been trying to get this resolved in some manner that is fair to me as the purchaser and I am getting nowhere.

Arrivata in tempo per il regalo di natale,ma non funziona, leggendo la polita rimborsi ho scritto subito uma mail all'assistenza, siamo al 15 gennaio e ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Pessiama esperienza, oltretutto per un oggetto pagato circa 60€, avrei dovuto pagare le spese di spedizione per il reso.Con oggi ho scritto 5 e-mail, ma niente, nessuno ha risposto. Inaccettabile. Non comprate da qua.Soldi buttati e nessuna professionalità.

They work great

These people are scammers. I ordered ear hooks comparable with air pods. I paid $34.98. Took over a week to get tracking info. It shipped from China. It took over 3 weeks to get here. Jan. 5 a new $29.99 charge appeared on my bank account. I had not purchased anything else from them and their customer support will not answer me. I have turned it over to my bank and I will contact my State Attorney General to file a complaint. Don’t buy from these people.

Calidad malísima,encima la compré para reyes y obviamente me anticipé un poco por asegurarme que me llegara a tiempo así que la pedí como un mes antes,la probé la guarde y cuando la abrieron ,desenvolvieron y de 10 veces que apretaron el botón se indio hacia atran y con ello lo de cargar ,que parece que va todo junto…,…..una decepción y encima nose puede devolver porque solo dan 10 días de devolución

Bought a watch. Watch won't keep time. Either slows down, pauses or stops altogether. Company won't refund or exchange. Sent defected item and late after paid for fast shipping. Scam site. Avoid.

The wand lasted about 5 shots, then stopped working, contacted incendio and they told me they had a 10 day return policy 🙃 I then noticed they had taken more money out of my bank, contacted them asking why? And they still haven't gotten back to me. Terrible product from a just as terrible company.

So many issues. 1. Product didn't work. Tried troubleshooting with neighbours and no joy getting any spark out of the wand. Asked for a refund and eventually got one after sending pics and vids. 2. After the refund, got charged £22.36. Can't cancel online "membership". Going to ask the bank to refund me. Scam.

Non funziona

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I was never able to successfully use the wand even once. Shortly after receiving it, the button stopped working entirely, making the wand unusable.

Given that this is a brand-new product and failed almost immediately without any successful use, I believe this is a quality issue. I had high expectations for your product, so this experience has been quite frustrating.

Nice toy,, could use more track for that price and eliminate some of the suction cups and other miscellaneous items. The total pieces usable is 23 or 24 out of the 51

The pants I ordered according to your size chart with 1 billion times bigger than I needed. I could’ve worn according to your chart extra large and that’s what I ordered but when I got them, I probably could’ve worn a medium too much of a hassle to send back I gave them away. I won’t be ordering anymore.if u still want me as a customer and change my mind send me a free size medium and I will continue doing business with u. Otherwise don’t bug me

All the negative reviews that are already posted are TRUE!! They enrolled me in an unauthorized membership and refuse to cancel it. I purchased the wand on December 13, 2025 for a Christmas gift and it arrived after Christmas. Then it doesn't even work lol what a waste!! This is truly a scam.

Ordered The Harry Potter wand from Incendio took 3 weeks to get it, no tracking, no updates, No customer service, And.. when it got here The button on the wand just fell off! 19 emails later, now there ignoring me. Its been 3 weeks and I get automated response with no resolution. Just a respond email telling me how to use the wand. Its a scam, don't buy anything from them.
