Der Zauberstab hat von Anfang an nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Glühdraht scheint nicht heiß genug zu werden, dadurch raucht es zwar, aber es entsteht fast nie eine Flamme. Nach ein paar Tagen funktionierte der Glühdraht gar nicht mehr.

Reklamation war erfolglos. Laut Kundenservice biete man nur einige Tage Ersatz. Die in der EU vorgeschriebenen 2 Jahre werden nicht eingehalten.

Daher absolut keine Option. Und viel zu teuer, das Ding gibt's baugleich woanders für einen Bruchteil des Geldes.

Clever advertising, or maybe I’m stupid! I was in a rush over Christmas and my son had this wand on his Christmas list. I bought without doing my normal level of due diligence. Not sure where this company is but it’s not in the UK.
Wand doesn’t work and to add insult to injury they ‘automatically’ enrol you as a member which means they take $29.99 dollars from you each month.
I think I have cancelled this now (which wasn’t easy).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wands dont work like videos show, just puffs of smoke and used various sizes of the paper supplied. Very disappointed children and no refund offer.

Then the following month a $29.99 unauthorised charge is made on my card, looking into it, they just set up reoccurring payments each month without authorisation or an agreement in place.

Do not buy, poor quality, disappointed and end up getting ripped off if you dont block them straight after ordering before monthly payments just randomly charged without confirmation or approval.

This company is a scam! My husband ordered a wand for me for Christmas, it arrived on December 11th and was gifted to me on the 25th. Upon opening it, we found the wand defective. The button completely caved in and is therefore unusable. We contacted customer service immediately with pictures, only to recieve a brief email stating that we hadn't contacted them within 10days of receiving it and they therefore couldn't issue a refund. We live in Australia and under ACL defective products that cannot be used as intended are required to be refunded, replaced or fixed, regardless of a companies internal policies. This is a US company but selling in Aus means they are required to follow ACL. We replied with this information and they haven't bothered to respond, it's been almost a month.

Terrible!!! I bought a wand for my Harry Potter obsessed son however it is faulty and did not work. I have now emailed them 3 times and have been ignored everytime- very expensive present that is of no use! Its funny to then recieve an email asking to review my experience when I clicked on the negative it takes me through to the website but the smiley face takes me through to trustpilot!

Ordered a toy remote ATV for my coworkers son back in December. The actual car is nothing like the pictures online. Online the car is depicted as being quite large, but in reality it is very small. I'm very disappointed. That car costed me $159.00, and it wasn't the big vehicle I assumed that I was purchasing. It needs constant charging. It just wasn't the experience I imagined for my little friend. The website was misleading, and didn't give full details of what a customer could expect. Fast forward to January 20th, my credit card declined an unknown charge, and it was from this online company. I emailed them and they responded that when you order you automatically sign up for a $29.99 membership. Are you freaking serious? The website doesn't state this clearly at all. I'm so glad my credit card company caught this type of fraud, and I was able to maneuver to stop further transactions. Why would they force memberships on one time customers? Look,I believe this company is a scam, just my personal opinion. I will never order from them again! Spare yourself the horrible experience, please!

My son was bought an Incendio wand for christmas by his grandmother. He was so excited to open it and for the brief 10 minutes that it worked he loved it but the heating element failed almost immediately (despite following the instructions) and since then the customer care we have received has been extremely poor. Very slow to respond, unhelpful in their replies and unwilling to waver the '10 days for refund or return' the wand despite the fact that it was a gift to open on christmas day that had been bought and packaged for before christmas so there was no way we could return within 10 days of receiving. And although the item was faulty and we contacted them as soon after christmas as we possibly could we didn't get a reply for many days and then no flexibility on the refund terms. I wish I had read all the reviews on sites such as this before suggesting his grandmother bought it for him - then I would have been much more wary. It is my feeling that this very expensive product is at best very poorly made and manufactured and at worst a scam and I would urge anybody thinking of purchasing one to think again.

The magic wands arrived 2 weeks later than expected. I purchased these as a gift and have not tested them, so I can’t speak on if they actually work or not. However a month after my original purchase date I was randomly charged $29.99 with no email or notification on what it relates to. I definitely did not make another purchase from them. And I don’t see that I agreed to any recurring charge on my original order confirmation. Shady business. I locked my card and disputed the charge.

I like the wand but I still am having trouble with getting the paper to fire. It just sits in the wand and smokes. The extra flash paper doesn’t work very well. Some of them smoke but no flame others don’t do anything.

Zero stars! But you had to pick one to leave review. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!This company is a scam! They are selling junk and stealing your money! Do not buy anything from them! I purchased a portable car heater, $44.98. It was a little bigger than my hand. It was damaged when I received it. It did not heat up the car and quit working minutes later! I read the reviews for the heater and every review was a 5 star that's why i ordered. Those reviews were lies and probably written by these scammers themselves. Wish I would have read the reviews on this company, I would have NEVER ordered!
Back and forth with them via email trying to get a refund but they would not refund. Used my credit card to purchase, so glad I didn't use my bank card. Found out thru the credit card co that those crooks charged $29.99 on my card also 😡 Fraudulent charge! I had to cancel that credit card. Glad the credit card co is issuing me credits and sending me a new card. BEWARE!

UNAUTHORISED payment of £23 came out of my bank 1 month AFTER buying. Zero emails to say why. "Customer Service" dont reply. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Got 10 Incendio Wands (“shoot fire”) as Christmas presents for family. When they got them, 4 of them tried right away and only 2 worked. It went past their 10 day return policy which is not fair. Got a response from support but they didn’t reply to me again. DO NOT BUY THESE WANDS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Scam! They are taking £22 out of my bank every month!! I paid full price for the wands and there is no subscription so they are robbing me.

Also the wands dont work, they just smoke a bit so I asked for a refund and they aren't giving me one.

Liars! They advertised “heated” gloves for 39.99 but the gloves are not heated at all. They refuse to take our return.

Absolute garbage product with horrible billing practices. Why would I need a $30 subscription per month to use this, that wasn't even disclosed in the first place?? Clearly a scam by a horrible company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

For something that does not work. Very upset.

My wife ordered two (BOGO deal) Incendio Wands for Christmas. They did arrive on time.

The Wands are nonfunctional. Her debit card was billed an undisclosed/unauthorized “ monthly subscription fee” yesterday of $30.
The website help links leads nowhere. The customer service line is not operational. We are having to go to her bank to dispute.

This is a scam. Steer clear.
