Ordered The Harry Potter wand from Incendio took 3 weeks to get it, no tracking, no updates, No customer service, And.. when it got here The button on the wand just fell off! 19 emails later, now there ignoring me. Its been 3 weeks and I get automated response with no resolution. Just a respond email telling me how to use the wand. Its a scam, don't buy anything from them.

Haben einen Zauberstab unserem Sohn zu Weihnachten bestellt. Nach einer Woche, in der der Stab mal nur Rauch gemacht hat, mal gar nicht funktionierte, gab er dann komplett den Geist auf. Der Auslöseknopf war derart eingedrückt, dass man ihn kaum nutzen konnte. Dann funktionierte auch der Glühdraht nicht mehr.
Nach mehreren Emails, sollte ich dann Fotos und ein Video von dem Zauberstab schicken. Und das nur, damit mir dann gesagt wurde, dass es nur eine 10 tägige Rückgabefrist gibt und sie sich nun nichts mehr davon annehmen.
Absolute Abzocke!!! Würde keinen raten, dort zu bestellen! Nie wieder!

My order has been in shipping for 23 days you have on your website that this was made in California but it's clearly being shipped from overseas ! I expected this as a Christmas gift for someone and we are now in the second week of January, I would like a refund.

Esperienza pessima. Ordine effettuato a inizio dicembre dal sito Incendio Magic con consegna garantita entro Natale (motivo principale dell’acquisto, essendo un regalo).
Risultato? A distanza di oltre un mese il pacco non è mai arrivato e non si sa che fine abbia fatto.

L’assistenza clienti è totalmente inutile: rispondono solo inviando un tracking fermo e senza alcun aggiornamento, senza fornire spiegazioni, senza prendersi alcuna responsabilità e senza proporre soluzioni. Di fatto, il cliente viene ignorato.

Promesse di consegna non rispettate, zero trasparenza e zero supporto post-vendita. Un comportamento inaccettabile per un e-commerce.
Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo sito finché non dimostreranno di saper gestire ordini e clienti in modo serio.

It was a great gift to give but I was charged more then it said I would be so I would not recommend it.

1.) Paid for "expedited" shipping and it took 3 weeks.

2.) The wand worked for 5 or 6 shots and never again.

3.) They have not responded to any emails.

4.) They suddenly charged another $29.99 a month later.

Horrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Didn’t expect to care much about the décor piece at all. I just added it last minute without thinking. Now people comment on it the second they walk into the room. It’s not loud or flashy, it just somehow works in the space better than I imagined.

Ordered a Sd card that was defective.
Their return policy is a song and dance to wear you out so they don't have to refund selling a defective product.
Don't spend anymore money with them than you are willing to throw down the drain.

I ordered 3 wands for Xmas, of which only 1 worked from the start. Tried a couple of times to contact them before I got a very poor response that ignores UK law on selling faulty goods.
They claim under their small print that you only have 10 days after receipt of goods. Basically do not want to address their poor quality wands.
Will try through the credit card company as this company have no interest is addressing anything.

The hoodie ended up being more comfortable than I expected. It holds its shape well and doesn’t feel sloppy even after wearing it all day.

Do not order clothing from this company. The sizing is incorrect and there are no tags attached to the clothing showing size. Actually, there are no tags attached showing anything. They have a no refund policy on their clothing. Customer service is terrible.

These people are low life scamming crooks! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They will take your money and not send what you order!!! I just sued them and plan to obtain an injunction against them to put them out of business forever!!!

Ordered the "flame shooting" Harry Potter wand. Was supposed to arrive by December 28th when ordered on December 18th. Tracking rarely showed movement. Package didn't enter shipping system for 5 DAYS. Sat in customs in China for several days, then about a WEEK later it showed up in US Customs. Sat for a couple days there. Now it is FINALLY out for delivery today, January 7th!!!

I am amazed that they so openly admitted to automatically enrolling you into a £22 monthly subscription without your consent. What an awful business strategy. My original, un edited review continues below;

The item arrived sharply after purchase which was a suprise. The box arrived heavily damaged but the wand and charger appeared to be intact, so I was not fussed. I promptly took everything out and tested before handing this over as a present for Christmas. Everything worked as advertised and even made me giggle to myself, what a silly little thing this is.

Now, my disappointment comes nearly a month after the product arrived. My bank had blocked a further transaction from IncendioMagicWands for the total of £22.22. My bank believe this to be a cheeky monthly subscription that Incendio sign people up for, without telling them. Meaning, they have blocked numerous payments from Incendio with other customers.

I have checked my emails after purchase of the wand and can find no such trace of a subscription. I have then logged into the Incendio account that was created for me after purchase, and again, find no such paper trail of any subscriptions. In fact, the only information available on the customer profile is EMAIL ADDRESS, and SHIPPING ADDRESS. There are no tick boxes or subscription based profile markers.

I told this to my bank and they knew this already. Clearly there is something in the system for banks to automatically block this first monthly subscription as no one appears to be aware of it.

It is a shame. The product itself is fun, the cheeky monthly payments, not so much.

Only 1 star because I cannot give it a 0. Purchased wand as a Christmas present, clearly I wasn’t going to open it to check it worked before so wrapped it up and waited for Christmas Day. On opening the wand was defective, the element doesn’t get hot enough quick to produce a flame. Contacted the company who weren’t interested as it had gone past 10 days. I explained that it was bought as a Christmas present and would like a refund….. Rejected. They also charged me a subsequent £22.90 that I have no idea what it is for. Basically £75 on a piece of rubbish. Do not buy from this very poor company. (Since writing this review I wish I’d seen this page before purchase). Stay away.

I purchased a fire wand and I am now enrolled in a $29.99/mo thing that I was not aware of and just had to dispute the charge and lock my card. Do NOT buy from this place and if you do check your receipt before finalizing the purchase.

I have been trying to organise for a return and refund of a damaged item. I had some responses a couple of times however now have not heard back and they have not accessed the video of the item not working which they said they MUST have. The item received was damaged and inoperable and they claimed that it 'should still work' and resent instructions on how to operate. You can clearly see the button is damaged and the charging port it wonky and off centre.

Now received another email saying the item does work and that I need to send video proof despite the fact I have already sent this and shown that the item doesn't work.
