Never came in. After a month of waiting and watching the tracking number it never moved from china. It then said on the way the 28th. Now it says it waa delivered the 8th. Ive checked the tracking on ups ever single day. Never came in

Nothing dramatic happened with this order, and that’s exactly why I’m happy. Everything arrived on time, clean, and exactly as described. Sometimes that’s all you want.

I gave this magic wand to my son for his birthday. It produced smoke sometimes but barely ever fire. It was poor quality and the button moved where it wouldn't work the same day he got it. I paid for the wand the day I ordered it and now I see another charge from your company on my cars even though I didn't order anything else from the company. This transactions deserves 0 stars.

Wand broke after 2 weeks hidden subscription charge for 2 months and having a horrible time canceling it. Don't buy it. Would not recommend

The product was fine however a 30 dollar monthly fee is a scam and scummy these people are jokes and bums DO NOT TRUST

Do not use- wand did not work- dangerously wired- unable to get a refund. Now they've taken another £30 !! From account .Absolutely a scam !!!

I bought 6 wands from here. 3 of them do not work at all. Customer services told me that as it was not within the 10 days they could do nothing. they ignored all forms of correspondence during the 10 days.
They have now decided to just steal a further $30 from my account, so I have had to spend half of the day dealing with the bank, and cancel my card to prevent this terrible company from steling further money from me. Absollutely dreadful, wouldnt consider touching them. I hope this review saves at least one person from the utterly dreadful experience that I have had.
EDIT: having escalated this with my bank t turns out that they used my details without permission to set up a monthly $30 subscription on my account. I have of course, cancelled this, but avoid these like the plague.

Ordered 2 wands and waited a week after arriving to ensure paper is completely dry and treated. It only smoked and left a black residue in the wand, it's impossible to clean out. After only a few uses, the wands stop working.

Warning! SCAM!!! Do not buy!!! Does not work then they charge you $29.99 EVERY month for some pretend customer service. I have tried multiple time for them to cancel with no response and now have filed for fraud with my bank.

Absolute scamming filth.

Bought a wand as a christmas present for my son, had issues from the beginning with the button sinking further and further into the wand until it was uncomfortable/impossible to press. The element that lights the paper barely glows at all. Sent them multiple emails within the 10 days with no reply, then eventually gave up.
Had read reviews about them taking payments for "Priority customer service" which it says is "Free" at the time of purchase. I don't know about priority, but ANY customer service would have been nice. However, they then proceed to take a monthly payment of $29.99 for their non-existent customer service, which you have to go through your bank if you want any chance of cancelling.

These people are the scum of the earth.

We purchased as a Christmas present for my son, didn't unbox till the big day, after a few uses it stopped working (wasn't dropped or mishandled).I contacted customer services who offered advice, but as it was >15 days since I'd bought it.... basically tough.

I only gave them a star because it was impossible to give a zero or negative. They lie about the product they send you and then they stick with reoccurring charges that you didn’t sign up for. Don’t buy from them.

Having received the wand it was faulty and didn't fire .. having emailed the company on opening the product a gift for Christmas with pictures of the product I received a link to show how to use it... but the wand is still faulty not working.. I asked for a replacement or refund but they have ignored my email... subsequently they have taken a month later and unauthorised payment from my card... I have now contacted my card company explaining the faulty goods and fraud on my card .. I suggest do not buy anything from this company which is sad as the wand was a present for my Grandson for Christmas..

They have just taken £22.38 out of my account today. I have not bought anything and their contact form doesnt allow you to send a message and their phone number is not in service. I have been on to my bank but,as the payment is pending, they have to wait till it comes off !!!!!!
I did order extra paper but this was also not as described and didn't seem to be from themselves
Certainly not UK as the address suggests. I waited ages for the extra paper as it came from China and it was absolute rubbish. The company is obviously all linked to different suppliers. Please avoid !!!!!!!!

La varita ha llegado defectuosa y no funciona. He contacto con soperte, enviándoles un email pero no me contestan ya que la quiero devolver y que me envíen una nueva y que funcione.

AVOID – Faulty products, unauthorised charges, zero accountability

I had an extremely poor experience with this company.

I was sent two wands, and neither of them worked. Both were faulty on arrival.

On top of that, I was automatically enrolled into a subscription that I did NOT knowingly consent to, resulting in unauthorised monthly charges being taken from my account. This was not made clear at the point of purchase.

Despite contacting them, they are now refusing to provide a refund for the two broken wands, this has been going on since November!!! and resolving the subscription issue has been unnecessarily difficult.

This feels like a combination of misleading sales practices, poor product quality, and terrible customer service.
If you value your money and your sanity, avoid this company entirely.
