It’s so ugly it looks nothing like the pic, the seashells arnt actually sewn on like it looks and the hoodie it’s self is yellow, the shells are printed low on the hoodie and the pocket is humoungeous, don’t buy I’m returning

FYI to anyone researching these wands (like I should have) - this company is GARBAGE.

Packaging is really cool, but the product is terrible. 5 minutes after giving this as a gift, it broke. So, i reported it immediately, which pictures, to their website.

I received a 2 sentence replay a few days later, stating that any returns have to be done within 10 days of receiving. Well, this was a gift, as I am sure most are, so it wasn't opened or used right away. The timing was 2 days off, No acceptations made. I attempted one last email to plead my case, as I was asking for a replacement, not a refund, and I was met with nothing. They don't give two shits.

I was going to chalk this up to a bad choice on my part, so I intending on leaving it alone. BUT! A few days ago, my debit card (that was used to pay for the wand) was charged $30 from this company out of the blue. So, not only is it a cheap terrible product backed by terrible service, but they are also committing Fraud!

Received and random charge on my card from them

The wand was a Christmas present. What a let down it didn't work or even come close to working. No response from email to return, replace or refund. Then my CC was scammed by incendio with two debits, had to cancel CC and lodge dispute with my bank.

Ordered 3 wands, one didn’t work from the start, the other died after a few uses. Tried to get money back, they won’t as it took more than 10 days to tell them. (Bought as christmas presents).
Now the same company has taken more momey from
My credit card.
Scam site, poor customer service and trying to take unauthorised payments.
Avoid.

Secondo loro va bene…ma non è così.
Pronta per il reso e altrettanto per il rimborso.
Ma almeno leggono loro come azienda leggono le recensioni!?

Typing this as I am on the phone with my bank. This company is a scam, it seems like they even took the magic wands down off of the site. I didn’t even bother waiting for customer service to tell me I signed up for a subscription because that is not in any way transparent when you check out, I even simulated another purchase. AVOID

I bought the hoodie mainly because I liked the colour. When it arrived, the fabric surprised me more than anything. It felt soft straight away and didn’t need washing first. I’ve worn it several times already and it still looks good. It doesn’t lose its shape after long days.

Item purchased never delivered. Website has now taken another payment from credit card without authorisation. Scam website.

If I could give zero stars I would. Product took a month to arrive then the next month an unauthorized charge appeared on my card. I reached out and they said they automatically enroll you in a VIP club which says free on the invoice. It is not and they charge a monthly fee without disclosing it. Do NOT order from these scammers.

They hit you with a hidden $30 monthly subscription for absolutely no reason at all, I think that says all you need to know about this business.

I’d give it a zero if I could. We ordered a car heater from this company. The heater blew the fuse on our car and we had to replace the fuse. Now heater doesn’t work. Trying to return and they’re asking for a video of it malfunctioning which would cause fuse to blow again. And in the meantime this company has set up a recurring pay for NOTHING. Absolutely stay away from this company.

Button broke and fell inside wand after one try. Do not buy this product unless you enjoy throwing your money in the trash or lighting it on fire. You’re not gonna see fire with this wand so just light your money on fire.

Recieved product and it did not work as advertised. Then 2 months later realized they scammed me into a subscription and were billing me 29.99 a month for nothing. Their website mentions nothing about a subscription.

Azienda oscena, una vera truffa, dovevo fare un regalo, mi è arrivato uno scatolo bianco anonimo tutto rovinato, senza nessuna spiegazione, prodotto alquanto mediocre se non pessimo, non a norma, una bacheca luminosa in acrilico a LED, pagata € 34.35 non ne vale neanche € 10.00, sto cercando di richiede un reso, ho inviato le foto ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta positiva. Literally never received the product. Never got any tracking or shipment updates, just silence. A month later I received an email asking to "rate my experience". When I clicked on the "unhappy" link within the email, it just brought me to the site's homepage. When I clicked on the "very happy" link, it brought me here to make a review. Comical. So here's your stellar review, scam-cendio.

Concept was great but Sadly not once did it work as described. Got it as a gift for work gift exchange and by the time they let me know it didn't work was too latefor the refund/ exchange. Aldi u didn't read the fine print until I got charged for the VIP club. And I didn't realize it wasn't on US based company ( as u can tell I'm not a very savy online shopper) but over all very disappointed

The outer box looked a bit beat up when it arrived. I was worried for a second. Once opened, everything inside was clean and secure. Nothing broken or scratched. That attention to packing really helped.

It would be nice for the wands to come with a set of instructions and care/maintenance details too. Really cool and fun to use when we figured it out!
