I did not order the wand but ordered 2 universal stylus (tracking included) to use for phone, tablet etc. I thought I got scammed out of $40 based on the reviews available but waited it out.. I ordered Feb 26 and received my package March 6th. They work fine so far but it’s only been like 2 days. I didn’t sign up for the “VIP club” subscription but I’m going to see if they try charging my card next month (hopefully not). I don’t know if I’d order again.

I still don't have my nebulizer. Where is it?

Ordering process was straight forward no jumping through hoops I hate when sites overcomplicate checkout but this was smooth Package arrived clean and everything inside was secured properly Nothing broken nothing missing

The small table lamp didn’t stand out when I ordered but now it’s part of my night routine I switch it on while winding down and the room instantly feels less chaotic It’s subtle not overpowering just warm Funny how something so tiny can change the whole mood

Lamp gives off a soft glow makes late nights feel less harsh

Like others have reported I have found fraudulent monthly 'subscription' transactions following a purchase of a poor quality item. As to how this company is still trading this way is beyond me. Surely US law enforcement or the credit card companies would have taken enforcement and flagged the company by now!!

They are charging me $29.99 a month for a service I did not sign up for. I was mom made aware of this charge at any time. On top of that, they're product is a piece of crap. I honestly taste them negative 5 stars. Do not use these scammers.

The wand did not work. Based on videos I watched online, it looks like the coil is way too close to the tip relative to the other ones I saw, which meant that the burn paper couldn't be pushed far down enough to generate any pressure for the fire ball to shoot out. Each time we rolled paper in, it just burned inside the tip.

I emailed the company to ask how far down the coil should be and if there was a way to adjust it. Their response was that there are no refunds because I was outside of the 7-10 days. I didn't even ask for a refund, all I asked was for some information about how to adjust what appeared to be a manufacturing error.

Purchased magic wands and then they enrolled us in a $29.99 subscription service that we never signed up for. Reading on the internet it looks like this is a common practice of the company and a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. I bought this product around mid December with fast shipping promised in the purchase. The proudct did not arrive until mid January and was supposed to be a christmas present. After having a friend give the product to the recipient, because I had to travel out of the country, I was extremely disappointed to hear that the product was completely defective. After inquiring with a friend who also bought the product and experienced the same thing, I am incredibly disappointed with the organization as a whole. I reached out to inquire about the refund policy and was met with an automated response indicating that I was past the date — no help whatsoever. This is a waste of time and would not recommend.

Picked up a novelty item without expecting much. Somehow it became the centre of attention that evening. People kept grabbing it without thinking. That wasn’t the plan but it worked out well.

If I could give them negative stars I would!!! First off it took a month to get the product. The first time using it it broke!!! I immediately sent them an email with all sorts of pictures of the broken clippers. From there they argued with me back and forth about giving me my money back. And NOW THEY JUST FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!! Do not buy from this company it is a complete scam and needs to be shut down.

After a one time purchase started to receive a phantom recurring monthly charge. Going to have to cancel credit card because of them.

I purchased two wands for my sister for Christmas, both of which were terrible quality and didn’t work. Beyond that, I have come to find out that they continued to charge my credit card for the next two months at an amount of $29.99 for literally no reason. This is a SCAM website, please do not purchase with them whatever you do.

Stress order last minute decision. The costume landed right when it needed to and fit without issues. My daughter didn’t want help putting it on and didn’t want to take it off either. That reaction alone was enough.
