Hi, this product was ordered and given as a gift and is not working. I ended up buying a new card from a local store and it worked without any issue.

Can this item either be replaced or refunded?

Picked this up thinking it’d just be another gadget I’d use once and forget about. Turns out I was wrong, once the lights were off it actually looked pretty impressive. Didn’t expect to go back to it again but yeah… I did.

Daniel Jenkins and muhsin solake are just a bunch of worthless scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy the wand. They charge you $29.99 a month (on top of the original purchase) and I never clicked on any monthly subscription or membership. Plus the Wand doesn’t even work as advertised.

Incendio was very quick with response to my order. They also had it mailed out very quickly. I love the fact that kept me up to date with my order as it was in the system.

The winter gloves I bought in Feb. '26 do not keep my hands warm in 40-degree F weather with no snow. I will keep them because they are great for driving and other activities. What I really am upset about is the hidden membership in their VIP Club that I just learned today (3/18/26) I was member of after requesting them to clarify the $29.99 charge on the same credit card used to purchase the gloves. I checked that account on this past Saturday (3/15/26) and suspected the charge to be fraudulent. That transaction challenge with the retailer is ongoing. What I learned so far was that they automatically subscribe you for a trial membership in their VIP Club once you have made an online purchase and they do not ever notify you of this. I call this an unethical business practice. Had they clearly announced this during the checkout process, I would have declined the membership offer. And had they e-mailed me to confirm my trial membership, I would have immediately canceled it. Now, with the membership charge having been posted on 3/12/26, and my learning of this two days too late as well as the trial having ended on 3/7th,I might be forced to pay the unwanted charge. So, buyer beware; check your account with this retailer to review its subscriptions so that you could cancel any that is unwanted before it is too late.

Honestly grabbed it as a last minute gift for my sister and it ended up being the most passed around thing in the room lol. Didnt expect that at all.

Didnt expect the incendio wand to actually work straight away but it did Took it out turned it on done No instructions no setup nothing complicated which i appreciate My nephew went wild with it within seconds

You can’t. Stuff is cheap. I have never been so unhappy with something I ordered. Worst place I ever shopped and they only give 10 percent refunds. Will never ever buy anything from this site ever again.

It took a long time to receive the product, unfortunately when it finally came it didn't work for us. When I try to return it they make it as difficult as possible asking for videos, photos of the problem and we need to pay for shipping too (to China!)
The worst it was when a month later they charged my credit card again without permission. Unacceptable!

I ordered a fireball shooting Harry Potter wand. It did not work - just a puff of smoke. Then, i have been charged a monthly "subscription fee" of $30 for the past three months. I did not sign up for any subscriptions but yet they have been charging me. This is a scam company selling scam products. I tried reaching out to them, but no surprise, no one answers and the website doesn't work.

The hoodie looked basic online but once i tried it on i was sold Its soft but doesn’t look sloppy which is hard to find I’ve worn it out for errands and even to a casual dinner and it works Already thinking about getting another color honestly

I did not order the wand but ordered 2 universal stylus (tracking included) to use for phone, tablet etc. I thought I got scammed out of $40 based on the reviews available but waited it out.. I ordered Feb 26 and received my package March 6th. They work fine so far but it’s only been like 2 days. I didn’t sign up for the “VIP club” subscription but I’m going to see if they try charging my card next month (hopefully not). I don’t know if I’d order again.
