Item never received…they don’t respond to emails, effing thief

Nice to be able to have some of my very expensive favourite perfume at a very affordable price.

Ordered number 27871, never arrived order date 28th August. Contacted the support no reply, shoddy service and company please avoid

DO NOT USE. Sent sample which I paid for but less in half in sample spray. Contacted them via emails several times and live chat but no one there.
UPDATE imperial Fragrances emailed me today, not to rectify the issue but to inform that I had left a negative review ! I am aware that I order 1ml, which that said was in a 2ml bottle, however most of it was in the bubble wrap in the mail bag, which I explained. I also sent photo evidence. I’m really not trying to get something for nothing, just 1ml of perfume that I paid for.

Order not received. No reply to email. No online chat feature. Avoid this company I ordered a sample thankfully nothing else or more money lost to this scam company. I emailed to ask when my order would arrive, no reply. Tried to do online chat, all that appears is 404 page not found that's when I clicked on their own link. I wish I'd checked here first. Don't ever use this so called company. They only take your money and don't deliver anything.

They sold me a fragrance with very low quality.

do not order from here absolutely horrible customer service, I ordered 17 days ago and my package had not arrived, they did not send me updates about my package whatsoever or communicated to me about my package I highly recommend that you do not buy from this business an absolute waste of time

all my samples delivered promptly , went absolutely out of their way and even sold me a bottle from a personal collection which i couldnt get hold of now thats customer service 100% recommend and will use always

No spray top to the tester - I was told this would be replaced ( I thought the whole thing ) so threw the tester away , however company then just sent the spray lid and no more perfume - so I still cannot smell the perfume - wasted my money

Great if you want to try expensive perfume without having to purchase big bottle also good for having a different perfume for different occasions eg day or night out

DEFINITELY AVOID - Ordered a sample at the beginning of March, this is now the end of March and still nothing received. I also emailed again no response. I will never purchase from this website again

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Imperial Fragrances UK. I ordered a fragrance sample, and the website clearly stated that orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. However, it has now been 9 days and my order still hasn’t been shipped.

There has been no update, no explanation, and no communication about the delay. If you advertise a specific dispatch time, you should be able to follow it or at least inform customers when there are problems.

At this point the service feels unreliable, and it makes me question whether ordering from this store was a good decision. I hope they improve their customer service and actually meet the shipping times they promise.

I ordered 3 samples from these guys. They only sent two samples. Despite my emails, I have been ignored and my issue has not been resolved. This was my first time dealing with them, I deeply regret. I will not recommend this company.

I ordered 3 samples and was only sent two in a small envelope which no way could have fit a third so they just neglected to include the other one full stop. I contacted them several times via their email with no response since my order arrived. Now I’m out £5 they also have their customer service number as a fake number of 18005551234 on their website
