Lovely touches when receiving my packages. They include a personalised thank you note. The scents are very well wrapped in shredded paper and cardboard so no plastic. Bottles are plastic but I haven't had an issue yet with any atomiser. I was so pleased to find fragrances I was unable to find on the sites I previously used, and they are absolutely genuine. Love it.
