iFi audio Arvostelua 

Purchased the iFi GO Blu a few weeks ago, and it has become my go to DAC/AMP. Everything from my Hifi Sundara, Moondrop Blessing, to my KZ KSN Pro, they all sound amazing. Also love the small form factor. This DAC/AMP has helped re-kindle my joy for music!

Really good product. Need some help re connectivity. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. My view of them has gone 5 stars to zero. So disappointing…

Die Firma hat ihren Sitz in England und im Internet hatte ich bereits gute Bewertungen über deren Produkte gefunden. Also habe ich ihn bestellt und bin wirklich beeindruckt, welch guten Klang der kleine DAC mit einem AKG K701 liefert! Zudem ist das Gerät angenehm sparsam verpackt. Auf der Homepage des Herstellers werden Treiber und Firmware-Updates bereitgestellt. Zum Vergleich hatte ich einen Audioquest Dragonfly Red. Auch nach ausführlichem Probehören unterschiedlichster Musikstile und Aufnahmen konnte ich keinen echten Unterschied hören. Der ifi GO link kostet 59 EUR. Für den Dragonfly Red bezahlt man derzeit etwa 3x so viel. Also habe ich den ifi behalten und ausgesprochen zufrieden.

I purchased an iFi Diablo DAC/Headphone amplifier in 'as new' condition form CeX. Anyway the USB assembly broke when I was removing the supplied blue USB cable. Both CeX and iFi refused to honour any warranty. So on advice from iFi I sent them the unit for an estimate repair. I wasn't happy about it at all but thought resoldering a USB socket would be about £80 tops. Well instead of an estimate I was told the unit has been repaired. And was promptly landed with a £306.15 bill for a replacement printed circuit board assembly. When I queried it, I was told I could have the unit back unrepaired !

So I reluctantly paid the money. But to add insult to injury iFi returned the unit dirty, with no invoice, no service report and one of the rubber feet off the base of the unit was still missing.

IFi are wanting to make themselves the 'go to' brand for Hifi enthusiasts. But all the hard work being done by their production, marketing and design departments will be going up in smoke if they can't deliver on undertakings and treat other customers as badly as they've treated me.

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced for almost 30 years.

Purchased the iFi NEO iDSD recently to replace my HRT HD DAC. I have not used all of it's features as of yet but so far it has been what I was hoping it would be and then some. Have not tried DSD or any MQA yet but my hi-res WAV & FLAC PCM files along with Qobuz and Radio Paradise FLAC sound great!
Love that I can place it vertical on the supplied stand as space was at a premium and that was one of the main reasons I purchased it hoping everything else would be good also, it was!

I have three of their products and two are excellent. However, I had a problem with one that I bought used. I contacted them about it, but all they did was inform me that they don't warranty second-hand products. I did enquire about the warranty, but I really just wanted it fixing! Hopeless customer service

Good company that provides quality products at an affordable price.

I ordered two Ifi products from a German dealer, Projekt Akustik. The delivery was prompt. And both Ifi devices were excellent in all terms; build quality, ease of use and last but not least soundwise. The installation was very easy. I refer to my ZEN Blue V2 and my ZEN One Signature. Both devices offer Bluetooth functionality with excellent sound quality. The ZEN One Signature also offers DAC functionality. And in direct comparison to my Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt I am more than satisfied and very happy with my ZEN One Signature, even though my Dragonfly Cobalt is still very convincing. But as a product in my stereo system at home I prefer using my new ZEN because of the sound and the ease of use. Very strong recommendation.

Have the zen blue DAC, superb quality and excellent sound with the ldac codec. Highly recommended.

Zen Can was a shoddy product. Jack sockets not fixed securely, or at all in fact, to the front panel. The front panel itself moved around and not secured well. Strange pentaconn balanced input forces you to buy their snake oil, extortionately priced cable, unless you want all of your equipment to be of this same make. Rude/arrogant attitude towards my comaint about this, when I reached out because I was getting nowhere with the retailer. The sound wasn't bad, but not to my taste. Detail was absolutely fantastic. Treble fatiguing, no deep/sub bass, deepest bass was lifted up towards mids. Would suit headphones that can't play bass, because it lifts the bass, rather than the headphones cutting the bass or distorting. But my headphones produce the full range perfectly fine. Spend a bit more and/or buy used if you must. I've ended up with an older amp, made in Germany. It has none of these issues. Don't buy Ifi products based on magazine reviews, marketing, and hype alone. The pictures are deceiving as the unit looks to be very well made. Such a shame, as British hi-fi always had such a good reputation.

I love iFi products they make the best stuff for audio files and make their customers happy including me customer service is excellent and they’re always on the verge of innovation when it comes to audio engineering New products and concepts that works no gimmicks I believe ifi is a step ahead of everyone in the market!

This is my first foray into iFi products with the Zen Phono. I only intended this to be a stop gap while I sourced a classic 70s preamp, but that's changed in an instant. This thing sounds phenomenal! It has that rich timbre I associate with vintage vinyl equipment and the staging, clarity, precision and noise floor of the best modern equipment. I seriously can't believe they sell this for the price they do, it genuinely competes with preamps selling at ten times the price.
iFi are great to deal with too. I can see a lot of their products making their way into my life very soon.

I've had the iFi Zen Air Blue for a few weeks now and I'm very impressed with it. I didn't know bluetooth sound that good for 99. USD. It's definatly great product. Another thing I'd like to point out is when I registered my Zen Air Blue they email you. very kind people they show interest in their customers. It's been a enjoyable experience with iFi all the way around.

So far I am very happy with the Gryphon Amp/ Dac, great sound and super versatile. I have not tried all functions yet but for my use it works and sounds great!

I've sent my amp in to be looked at (it's been making loud scratching noises) and have not had any notification to let me know if they have received it or when it is going to be looked at. I sent it a month ago and I'm very worried due to it's price.
My messages have been ignored and I worry about it every day. I just need to know what is going on.

My unit has not worked for months. I had static noises coming out of both headphone drivers. I sent the unit to iFi audio. it was repaired and sent back. it was never the same. There was still noise in the signal, 6 months later it died again. Same issue static noises with no sound at all. it is in the garage now eating dust.

Purchased a hip dac2. So happy with it! Excellent device which i use with meze99.
Great sounding device. No brainer if looking for a dac to connect to iPhone or pc/Mac.

I have an Exogal Comet DAC with the upgraded external power supply in a fairly resolving system. The external power supply has a noise floor of just a few hundred microvolts. That is very "quiet" by most standards. I put the DC iPurifier2 between the Power Supply and the DAC and noticed an immediate improvement in clarity and detail with no negative side effects. I have also put one in the power line to my Streamer with similar results. This is a great product that does exactly what it says. Clean Power is King in HiFi.
