Jay is great. I put in the wrong order initially. The device didn’t work as it was incompatible.
He asked for right specifications. I sent back the item and he returned the right one. Caring. Smooth. Loved it.

Excellent service even when we came across a slight hitch regarding delivery, however all endeavour were made to retrieve the parcel slot an alternative one was being prepared for shipping. Customer service was spot on and I would most definitely recommend to anyone who required replacement pieces.

I ordered a replacement earbud for my son in December 2025, after various emails (which they have stopped answering) I have still not received the item or a refund, I would look elsewhere before trying these.

Customer service was second to none. Jay was very helpful. All replies were extremely quick. There was no messing around at all. Will be using Audi Spares in the future and recommended it to others. Thank you for the top service Jay 👍

Really happy with the product and customer service. I had some trouble connecting the new ear bud and and the team were very helpful via email assisting with the issue I had. Highly recommend.

Initial review 1 star: I’m having an absolute nightmare with them. I paid £44 for a replacement Sennheiser earbud from them 3 weeks ago. Nothing received yet. I have sent multiple emails and keep getting responses like “we will check to see what’s happened/we will look into it/we’ve had problems with our email server/sorry I thought I had messaged you” etc etc. still not resolved, no concrete information.

Updated review 3 star - following my previous review I received a very good quality earbud and a £15 discount. I’ve adjusted my rating to 3 stars. I do think they are genuine but the amount of time and effort I’ve spent chasing means I won’t be rushing to buy something there again.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Initially didn't get replies to my emails hence posting the review now the company are in touch trying to resolve, but unfortunately they sold me an ear bud which they didn't have in stock. Now trying to resolve to either get a working pair or a refund, they are endeavouring to sort this. Will update the review and experience score when this is fully sorted.

I lost a Powerbeats Pro earbud in France. I sent a photo of the case and remaining earbud to Audiospares and they responded within an hour confirming what I need to order and a question about syncing. The spare earbud turned up the next day express delivery- great service

Item was delivered on time and worked perfectly, it’s the second time I’ve had to replace an airbud and this company delivers everytime and price is reasonable

Excellent customer support. There has been some unexpected delays in the delivery process (warning: when ordering from the EU, you may have to pay additional customs fee and experience some delays), but the customer service answered my email within 1-2 hours. They also have technical expertise, which in my case turned out in anticipating pairing problems with the earbuds. In the end I gave new life to two pairs of earbuds that otherwise I would have trashed out.

Stressful and upsetting; They accepted an order for something they didn;t have in stock and took two months to refund me. You have to consistently chase them via e-mail although they tend to reply within a week or so.

Ordered a replacement head phone and was happy with my purchase... I would definitely recommend 👌

Great to find a retailer who you can actually communicate with! I managed to make order the wrong earbud (Apple AirPod Pro 2 left earbud) where I got a noise cancellation version rather than the non NC version. I emailed the guys and was sent a return label and then a replacement quickly with everything being resolved. Great service, great price. Would definitely recommend.
