Idefinewig Arvostelua

i purchased a wig that was advertised as brown. it came black. i called and emailed as soon as i got it. i took 3 photos so i can get a return address. i emailed and called there number 3 times no response. i have been a very good customer purchasing many wigs from them. there return policy is a fraud. please do not buy from them

The experience was great. However the discount wasn’t added before final total.

Your product is off the chart I’m not a women that wear wigs I was impress by the style color just a great look I would definitely buy again Thank u my rating five stars and
beyond.

Your website did not take me to the menu to apply my discount code to save me $50. I CANCELLED MY ORDER. PLEASE Refund my CREDIT CARD and STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE THIS WAY.

Easy steps were simple and the price is reasonable!!! Thank you for honoring and placing my order!

Love the choice of small wigs. BUT, it would be nice to choose which side the part in on while ordering. I know it has the parting space...but it is not the same.

Easy selection

IDefine wigs is the worse wig I have ever purchase. What I got in the mail was not what I ordered. I tried to return it and they offered me 30$ to keep it. I paid $109.00 for it. This wig was so bad I would not wear it to take the garbage out. I was refunded $89.00, I paid $22 dollars to return it. I will never never never purchase a wig from this company again

It is the most difficult website to deal with. Even trying to order is hard. You expect people to order the way you have things setup impossible. Although you're making it clear that the items being ordered were good.

The wig styles were plentiful. The colors were abundant. The lengths were varied I love that there are discounts available. As a first time buyer I appreciate all the ease of the website

I love the wigs I’m just trying to find that right wig with bangs

My experience was awesome. I realized I had made a mistake on my order after placing it, so I called right away to have it corrected before it shipped within the 48-hour window. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a callback, which was truly a blessing. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and made sure everything was corrected and that I was fully satisfied before ending the call. You don’t get that level of service very often, and I truly appreciated it. I’m really looking forward to rocking my new hairstyle!

*Beware* read the reviews. This shop I just found out is in China. They falsely claim delivery within 4 to 8 days. I ordered 12/26 it is now 1/14/26 and still no delivery. Don't even try to contact them because they will ignore. This was my 1st and last time ordering from them. A better option is LUVME ..fast delivery and customer service replies.

It was veJan13th easy to order no problems

I liked the easiness of how you could move from wig to wig and the views that show you all of the poses of the wig.

Ilove,dresses ,with frills,very, nice,materials

Ordering online was simple.

The wig is exactly as shown the in picture. I like it a lot.

Beautiful wig! I love everything about it!! Ordering another right now!
