Le choix que propose idw est pertinent, varié autant en références qu'en millésimes, les délais sont très honnêtes mais surtout l'emballage est au top que ce soit les casiers en polystyrène mais aussi le carton principal. Cela fait toute la différence avec certains producteurs ou caves qui se fichent totalement de l'état dans lequel arrivent les bouteilles ou BIBs. J'ai eu plusieurs expériences malheureuses de ce type, c'est pourquoi je peux en parler en connaissance de cause.

Cela fait maintenant 12 ans que je suis client régulier chez eux et je toujours autant émerveiller devant tout ces flacons que je vois au travers de toutes ces ventes…évidemment j’aimerais pouvoir acheter plus mais cela représente un certain budget mais de qualité il faut bien le reconnaître et la place dans ma cave commence à ce faire rare…

Comme toujours, vin et service de très bonne qualité. J’enlève une étoile parce que la livraison a pris bien plus de temps que prévu et m’a posé des problèmes. Sinon, tout le reste est vraiment top!

As always, iDealwine offers excellent service. The wines arrive in perfect condition and are carefully packaged. The website is very user-friendly, whether for auctions or browsing the fixed prices. Highly recommended.

Globalement je suis content mais j'enlève une étoile car je suis déçu d'avoir du payé des frais de stockage alors que je voulais juste décaler la livraison de quelques jours en raison de la canicule.
Par rapport à votre réponse, justement j'ai écris plusieurs fois pour demander un report de quelques jours qui m'a été refusé !

Client fidèle du site, je commande régulièrement sur celui-ci, sur ma dernière, j'avais un impératif particulier qui a été exceptionnellement géré dans les temps et de la meilleure des manières, Agathe Lacroix a été parfaite, très avenante et respectueuse du timing pour l'expédition, rarement vu un service client aussi efficace, étant du métier, je suis régulièrement au contact via ce type de prestations, désormais membre Club Ideal...

I have been purchasing bottles on and off from iDealwine since 2021 and have always been satisfied with my experience.

Shipping wine to the United States can be expensive (and, to be fair, it takes a bit for orders to be dispatched); however, communication surrounding delivery timelines, associated fees (including potential tariffs), and the benefits of consolidating multiple orders has always been clear.

Most importantly, iDealwine has provided great support throughout the shipping process: not only when it comes to occasional customs delays, but the worst case scenario of FedEx losing your package.

I recently had part of an expensive order go missing at a FedEx hub, and iDealwine's U.S. account manager was responsive and attentive throughout the entire process of trying to locate the package / later reporting the loss. He made clear how seriously the company takes these mistakes by the shipper, and he ensured I got a full refund for the missing wine after a brief review.

At the end of the day, this is a website largely geared toward serious collectors and those seeking bottles they cannot find anywhere else. Thus, it takes a bit more time and money to get your wine, but I always feel completely secure and satisfied when doing so. Based on my experiences, I would recommend iDealwine without hesitation.
