My phone case broke despite less than a month of use and only by dropping it once from my desk.
Very poor quality!

Overrasket over de dårlige anmeldelse. Mit køb, betaling og levering gik hurtigt og godt. Alt i orden😀

Det er to måneder siden jeg bestilte mit cover og har stadigvæk ikke modtaget det. Det står som “ på vej” men det har stået sådan i 2 måneder nu. Jeg bestiller ALDRIG, derfra igen. Og jeg sørger for alle jeg kender heller ikke gør . I fortjener det ikke .

Great company, this is my 3rd order from here in the last month and I have another on the way! Like to swap and change regular lol so I have a few! These cases are stunning and love the matching accessories, have the ring holders to match, they have all been delivered within 24 hours, I will continue to buy regularly and as they say you get what you pay for and the quality is amazing, don’t be out off buy the negative reviews as I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders

Mauvaise expérience
J'ai passé commande il y a maintenant 15 jours et ma commande n'a malheureusement pas bougé.
J'ai tenté de les contacter via leur service client mais on me renvoie vers le tracking... Je n'ai pas de réponse à ma question "où se trouve mon colis" à ce jour. J'ai fait les démarches pour être remboursée mais j'ai peu d'espoir... Pas top

ils ont une vente en novembre dernier alors j'en commande un. Jusqu'à présent, ma commande n'arrive toujours pas depuis près de 2 mois maintenant, alors je les ai contactés à ce sujet. Ils m'ont dit que ma commande était en rupture de stock, je peux donc en choisir une autre (même prix) afin qu'ils puissent me l'envoyer. prend beaucoup de temps et de nombreux échanges de courriels. et ils m'ont dit qu'ils expédient ma commande il y a 3 jours. ils m'envoient un numéro de suivi mais le numéro de suivi ne fonctionne pas. commun ce sera 2023 maintenant. et combien de temps vais-je encore attendre ?????

Magnetic card holder does not hold :( looks like the magnet is too weak or there is no magnet at all

I purchased this wearable case to reduce the frequency in which I drop the phone. Stylistically I love my Atelier Necklace case but on its first and only drop the outside casing cracked a pieces broke off. Sadly this case seems to offer very little protection for your phone in the event you lose your hold on it. A great idea, but it doesn't live up to expectations.

D 24 bestiller jeg mine varer. D 25 nov får jeg besked om at min ordre er på vej. Det er nu d 12 december og jeg har fortsat ikke fået mine varer. Det er den længste leveringstid jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Hver gang jeg er i kontakt med kundeservice siger de bare pakken snart kommer. Men det gør den ikke…

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
Worst custom service ever! The lady on the chat doesn’t even know how to talk on a chat with the customers. She lets you wait even without telling you so you think you write to nobody.
Also, the photos on their website is not the reality, don’t be fooled. I orderd a iphone case that wasn’t leather imitation because I totally hate leather imitation iphone cases and when I open my order: surpriseeeeee leather imitation case. On their website it’s not ever written this in the description.
Also, the lady proposed me to return the item (i need to pay for the return shipment) even it’s their fault!!!!!!

How can I know their products if they don’t write everthing in the description?
Also, Nudient iphone cases are 100000% more quality!!!!

Dom får inte iväg leveransen på länge. Det är inte första gången vi beställer av dom tror att dom beställer hem produkterna några dagar efter man beställt. Fast det står att det ska finnas i lager hos dom. Dom har ju fina plånboksfodral. Men tyvärr så har det alltid tagit så lång tid innan man får hem det man beställt. Så ska ni beställa av dom så räkna med ca 14 dagar innan ni får eran leverans. Står iof att hör av er om det dröjt mer än 14 dagar om ni inte fått eran leverans på deras sida . Så det kanske är normalt. Men hoppas dom gör något åt deras leveransproblem.

Since having my phone case I have experienced issues with my maps. Every time I use my map - my compass seems to face the opposite direction and led to me going the wrong way on numerous occasions. When I removed the case - my compass worked correctly. Having researched, I believe the fault is caused by the metal detail at the bottom of the case that has ideal of Sweden stamped into it. Apparently it is common for metal near the bottom of the phone to impact the compass (who knew eh!). Anyway, having contacted Ideal of Sweden I was asked to send a video and then I was met with this response.

If you aren't able to send us any basis of the damage/problem, you are welcome to return your product to our office so we can examine it.

Is it just me or is this poor service. No apology or let’s fix this, just more insinuating I don’t have a fault and covering their backside to charge me more money. The fact I even have to pay to return it is a joke.

Lesson - always check trust pilot and if the reviews are bad then stay clear. I certainly won’t purchase anything from them again and I definitely won’t recommend them

Spedizione nella regola ma non le vorrei più nemmeno regalate. Qualità non pessima, di più. 2 cover nel giro di due mesi si sono praticamente”sbriciolate”, si spaccano al minimo colpo e si rischia di rovinare il telefono. Sono solo carine, nulla di più. Sconsiglio vivamente il marchio!

Otroligt dåligt skal som inte skyddar produkten där det behövs som mest. Man kan inte skriva dåliga reviews.

Desværre lever det cover jeg har bestilt ikke op til hverken beskrivelse eller billede på hjemmesiden.
Har købt et cover med guld i marmoret og beskrivelsen på hjemmesiden er “Cosmic Pink Swirl er et uimodståeligt marmordesign udført i levende farver og funklende guldhvirvler. Det tydelige motiv er som en kosmisk eksplosion, der fylder hverdagen med magi, uanset hvor du er. Fås i Pink og Grøn.”

Coveret har INGEN spor af funklende guldhvivler eller kosmisk eksplosion. Det der skulle være guld er blot malet i gule nuancer og er meget mindre farvestrålende end på billedet. Kundeservice synes de er i deres fulde ret til at manipulere med fotoet og bruge misvisende tekst.

Desværre en STOR skuffelse.

Terrible! They say the order is delivered but I haven’t received anything. Their customer service doesn’t even reply. I just lost my money.

Har bestilt et cover til min mobil d. 14 november og der står forventet afsendelse d. 16 november. Det er i dag d. 22 november og der er intet sket. Der bliver ikke svaret på e-mail support. Super ringe service og virker på mig som et fup firma.

I order two months ago and haven’t received nothing yet , far from that they don’t answer to my mails as I asked them a refund , rediciously bad customer service.

It’s a scam. I’m so glad that I didn’t send the money. I canceled my order after 29 minutes - I also didn’t pay that. - Because I read the reviews on this firm.

After that they told me that there’s no way to cancel it (29 minutes later guys😂 - but delivery time was about 10-16 days. So ironically they can’t cancel the shipment because they have sooo fast system but 90 % of people there are complaining about late arrives and bad service = total amateurish proceeding. They don’t care about their customers at all.)
And if I really don’t want it. Then I have right to refund it and pay all the costs!
I know I’ve a full right to not accept the shipment. So I wrote that to a “service” which is a joke where they’re just trying to scare you.
So after all they threatened me that if I won’t accept the order I pay 10 € for all the costs… I won’t give them anything and due this behavior I’m writing this review.

It’s a scam and you better won’t do the same mistake as me. Never ever buy anything from this company.

We will sadly not cover the return costs for this errand as there is nothing wrong with the shipment, along with us not being able to make any adjustments to your currently placed order.
We are a company located in EU, and that's sadly not how it works with "cancelling" an order, once you place an order a bill is sent to you, and your payment is a reservation within our system and that cannot be removed once the order has been processed, which it usually is within 5 minutes of ordering your items.
