Iconic Puzzles  Arvostelua

Great customer service, understanding and efficient. The puzzle is good quality and is a great addition to my puzzle wall. Would highly recommend these iconic puzzles

We purchased a collegiate puzzle for our daughter for Christmas. She is a student at Texas A&M and she and her dad finished the puzzle a few days ago. Although we completed our puzzle outside of the replacement window, we were offered another puzzle replacement free of charge. We would have loved to receive the same puzzle (it’s for her apartment) we appreciate being sent one free of charge. Our response was quick and we appreciate the customer service provided.

Producto excelente y el servicio excepcional.

I have purchased several puzzles from Iconic, for myself and family members that live overseas. Everyone has been impressed with the quality, presentation and the uniqueness. My one occasion I have had to deal with customer service has been faultless and highly responsive and they they gone above and beyond to find a solution, which to be honest is quite rare in this day and age. Highly recommended.

Love the wooden puzzles. They are so well made and fit beautifully together. A great way to spend time with the kids.

My husband bought me a puzzle for Christmas and 2 pieces unfortunately were missing which I am sure doe NOT happen often but I cannot say enough about Iconic puzzles. They responded to my email right away and are making everything right!! Will definitely buy from again!

I purchased two LA Dodgers themed puzzles for my husband as a Christmas gift. He didn’t get around to putting the second puzzle together until this week. When he finished, the puzzle had approx. six pieces missing.
I contacted Iconic Puzzles. They just responded that the puzzle was outside of any warranty. I figured that would be their response, but felt they should be aware of the problem. The great news is Iconic Puzzles is making things right by sending him a replacement of the Dodger Stadium puzzle. This is the best customer service I’ve encountered in many years.
My 85 year old husband won’t be taking his time in putting this one together. He’s been a Dodgers fan for over sixty years and this particular puzzle was very special to him!
Thank you Iconic Puzzles!

Great puzzle. Lifetime memory. Great company to work with.

A fantastic gift for my friends birthday! She loved it! Great quality, fast delivery and excellent customer service 😊

Los puzles son súper chulos, a los niños les han encantado.

Wow! What a terrific company! Not only is the product stellar, but we were missing a piece and they say they’ll send us a new one free of charge. We didn’t realize we had 90 days until the warranty was up, but they’re still going to fix our issue. Highly recommend!!

I recently got in touch with Iconic Puzzles about a missing piece from my Liverpool FC Crest Wooden Puzzle, and I was incredibly impressed with the customer service I received.

Victoria from the customer support team responded promptly and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Even though the puzzle was outside the warranty period, the team kindly offered to send me a replacement free of charge.

A big thank you to Victoria and the entire Iconic Puzzles team for going the extra mile. It is wonderful to see a company that genuinely cares about and values its customers.

Their puzzles are awesome and well made. My family thoroughly enjoyed working on several of their products..when contacting customer service they were extremely helpful!

The puzzles are really fun and challenging going to put together. Great for puzzle and sports lovers!

I ordered a Large Vitinha last Christmas for my 9-year-old son. The puzzle is extraordinary!

The quality is outstanding, the pieces fit together easily, and the overall design is truly unique.
