Iconic Puzzles  Arvostelua

Great Chicago Cubs puzzle. I gave one as a gift and they loved it! Fun to put together and the pieces that are players are so cute!! Iconic puzzles have been wonderful giving a percentage off as a new customer! I would recommend giving one as a gift but also getting one for yourself! You will love it!

Gave the puzzle to our son for Christmas. Unfortunately it took sometime for the puzzle to be assembled. 8 months later it was finally complete minus a missing piece. Reached out to customer service to see what could be done. Victoria stated that is was outside the replacement window, however since the issue was beyond my control she would see if she could get a replacement approved.
Our replacement puzzle is on its way.
Prompt, courteous, and quality customer service. Will definitely order again!

Trato estupendo.

Purchased as a gift for a family member who is a big Liverpool fan. He loved it! The puzzle is of high quality and a lot of fun to complete. It looks great and it's also great that you can mount and hang on the wall when finished. Customer service also outstanding!

Excellent product and great customer service

I am so pleased with the customer service of this company. They were responsive, extremely helpful and really went out of their way to help me. The puzzle I just finished is absolutely beautiful. The quality is exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the product or the customer service. I highly recommend iconic puzzles.

I received the Large Brewers Mascot puzzle as a birthday gift. It was challenging and so much fun to put together. The puzzle is very well made. Their customer support is exceptional. I highly recommend these puzzles!

Back in 2022, we bought an Arsenal puzzle as a gift for my brother who is a huge fan. He recently got around to building it, and we were blown away by the quality. The design is beautifully intricate and well-made. It’s a great company, and we can't wait to get some more puzzles for our media room

Received puzzle for a present. Finally finished it only to find one piece missing. Contacted Iconic Puzzles. Their response time was very good and even though the puzzle was out of warranty time they have offered to send me a new puzzle free of charge. Can't get better than that. Overall experience 5 stars.

I cannot say enough good things about Iconic Puzzles and their outstanding customer service!

Last November, I purchased the Toronto Blue Jays wooden puzzle for my grandson. He absolutely loved putting it together, but unfortunately, when he finished, we discovered that one piece was missing. Since it had been several months since the purchase, I knew it was well beyond the warranty period. Even so, I still reached out to Iconic Puzzles to let them know what had happened. Much to surprise, their customer support team was incredibly kind, understanding and extremely accommodating. Although they explained that the puzzle was outside the warranty, they still offered to replace it with a brand new Toronto Blue Jays puzzle at no charge. That level of customer care is rare these days and speaks volumes about the company and the pride they take in their products! It is refreshing to deal with a business that stands behind what they sell! The entire experience was friendly, professional and hassle-free from the start.

Thank you Iconic Puzzles for turning what could have been a disappointing experience into such a positive one! You've earned a loyal customer!

My teenage son has never been particularly interested in puzzles but I got him the Ronaldo one for Christmas and it was an absolute hit! He loved it so much that we have done it twice and he's keen to get another one this Christmas. The quality is great and it's so clever the way the pieces are different soccer shapes. We did the puzzle as a family which was really lovely - a great way to have off screen time together. The customer service is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

A beautiful puzzle once it is put together! My son absolutely loves it. Great material and customer service as well.
