I purchased a Manchester City jigsaw puzzle from Iconic Jigsaws back in September 2025 for my 12-year-old son, and he absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, we discovered there was a missing piece, which was disappointing after putting so much time into it.

However, I was really impressed with the customer service from Iconic Jigsaws. After contacting them, they responded quickly and kindly offered to send out a brand new Manchester City puzzle completely free of charge.
