Iconic Puzzles  Arvostelua

Great quality puzzle and excellent customer service! The pieces were sturdy, fit together well, and the finished puzzle looked beautiful. I also had a question about my order, and customer service was quick, friendly, and responsive. I’d definitely order from this company again!

I’ve purchased multiple puzzles and have been impressed by both the craftsmanship and the customer experience. The puzzles are beautiful and durable, and if something goes wrong, the team is committed to finding a solution.

La calidad del corte, las piezas encajan a la perfección.

Just completed the Real Madrid puzzle. Very challenging puzzle but looks beautiful completed. Looking forward to hanging it up.

I received a Blue Jays puzzle from a friend and putting it together was a great experience! The pieces are wooden, feel nice, and have a bit of a smoky smell. The puzzle itself is quite challenging as there’s all sorts of crazy shapes and angles. It’s a really nice touch that so many shapes of players seamlessly fit as a part of the puzzle. The end product looks beautiful too, and once glued would look great on the wall of a den or living room. I’d recommend this as a gift to any Blue Jays fan who likes puzzles (or has a family member who likes puzzles and can help)

I’m ordered a Tampa Bay Rays Mascot puzzle and quality was exceptional and so fun putting it together however our puppy grabbed one piece that had dropped to the floor and chewed it. I contacted Customer Service and they quickly said it wasn’t covered under warranty but they would replace the whole puzzle for me. A1 service for taking care of that. So happy with them and plan to purchase more in future.

Great puzzle, and I thoroughly enjoyed completing it.

Delivery time was terrible, taking over a month to receive the puzzle, meaning it was late for Christmas and therefore had to be stored away for a birthday gift instead.

Some pieces were unfortunately damaged, and I would love to say the customer service was great; however, I felt forced into giving a good review.
They told me that because the puzzle was out of warranty (90 days), they couldn't replace it. They did, however, offer to replace it as a goodwill gesture if I left a 5-star review and sent over proof that I had done it. This doesn't sit well with me and makes me wonder how many of the other 5-star reviews have been left because of damaged puzzles and a desire for a replacement.

This is such a shame, as the puzzle itself is fantastic, and my son can't wait to have it mounted and put on his wall.

Maybe the warranty should be extended to give people a reasonable amount of time to complete the puzzle and check for any damaged pieces? Also, goodwill gestures are appreciated by everyone, and if the request for a review had been made after my experience, I would have given a good review anyway. There is no need to force people to make them; therefore, I have now revised my previous 5-star rating accordingly.

Can't recommend given the company's morals.

Selected the Indiana University logo for this past Christmas. I have 3 children. This was a collective family gift. When we started the puzzle, it has incredible wooden quality. The pieces have unique shapes of different athletes / players. This wasn't any easy puzzle, but we extremely enjoyed the time around the table, off our electronics and having some great conversations and fun putting together an incredibly fun and proud puzzle.

I am very, very happy with them; I had a minor issue with a puzzle, and the service was excellent. They are fast and efficient, and—most importantly for me—when you email them, they reply right away; as I said, their customer service is excellent.

Many thanks for everything.

Sehr guter Service, netter Kontakt und sehr gutes Puzzle Material. Alle Teile passen perfekt und sehen super aus!!! Würde jederzeit wieder bei Iconic-Puzzles kaufen

Wonderful experience with this company! Their items are made with great quality and designs.

Amazing puzzle with well cut out pieces, really fun and rewarding to piece it 👍 great customer service from Victoria to help sort out a piece of the puzzle i was missing

Fue un regalo para mi hijo y le encantó. Viene con una caja muy bien presentada, de madera al igual que el puzzle.
Lo volvería a comprar, me parece un buen regalo !

I must say as a first time purchaser…loved loved the puzzles. We had one hiccup. I contacted them and within 24hrs, they acknowledged the issue and then some. Not only did they fix the issue but have gone above and beyond . A fantastic company, awesome puzzles, and awesome customer care. Thank you

We bought The Bay jigsaw puzzle for our grandson, it was an amazing puzzle which all the family got involved in to put together. We loved that the puzzle pieces were people. It looks amazing, we are very happy and will definitely be buying more.

Great product and fun to put together. Pieces are well made and unique. Company stands behind their product and has great and fast support from customer service! Fast and reliable shipping. Great gift idea!

My experience with Iconic Puzzles has been a great experience. The quality of the puzzles are top notch and delivery is quick. I purchased an Oregon Ducks puzzle for myself and my mom loved it so much that I purchased one for her as a gift as well.

My mom‘s puzzle had a defect from manufacturing and I contacted Iconic Puzzles to see about a replacement. Customer Service did an outstanding job in recognizing the defect and shipped me a brand new puzzle immediately. This is a great company to do business with, and I would recommend them to everyone who loves creating puzzles.

I had a puzzle with a missing piece and they were so nice when I reached out. They responded so fast and were able to solve the problem, come up with a solution, and even offered a puzzle! As someone who loves wooden puzzles, this would make me want to get another puzzle from them!

Bonne qualité du produit, une bonne après midi passée avec mon fils de 5 ans pour la construction de ce puzzle assez atypique en pièces. Premier achat et peut être pas la dernière qui sait ??
