I bought large and they are a little neat straight out of the box. Also a little low on the back maybe as a result of being slightly small.

Great clothing, seriously let down by terrible customer service.

Ordered two items to try, both were good, but one better (longer fit, nicer zips), so started the returns process.

Was sent a return label that wouldn’t scan in, then a second and finally one that works. Customer service was generally slow to respond, usually took two emails of being asked to do something, gave inconsistent information and clearly couldn’t care less, despite telling me multiple times how keen they were to help and sorry for frustration caused.

It’s clear they are trying to waste time so I’m past the return window.

Assuming the clothes last half as well as the batch I bought 20 years ago, I’ll still shop occasionally, but I’d make sure I have time to waste for customer service (or skip on that occasion).

Do not recommend ordering from Icebreaker at all if you expect you might need to return- I have been waiting for a refund for a return for over 2 months now! I made the original order in January and returned the items I didn't need at the beginning of Feb. Had no confirmation of receipt of the return despite tracking showing delivered until I contacted customer service and even then, a response took days, and they have now become unresponsive as I chase for my still missing refund.. extremely infuriating! Where is my refund?

UPDATE: Since posting my complaint, Icebreaker have responded to apologise and issued the refund. While I am glad to have it resolved, it still should not take so long in the first place.

Les produits sont de très bonnes qualités avec une très bonne durée de vie, ils taillent justes. J'utilise régulièrement une trentaine de produits dont je suis réellement très satisfait. Je recommande vraiment.

I love the feel and quality of the top. I wear it as a mid layer in the cold days and as an outer layer on dry cool days and it has been excellent. I bought this to replace my old Icebreaker top I purchased 6 years ago and wore often. The purchase and delivery has also been good so can’t ask for more.

Es ist beeindruckend wie gut der Tragekomfort ist. Ich liebe es nicht ständig immer was anderes anziehen zu müssen.

Meine erste kurze Laufhose war super, hat Jahre gehalten trotz Dauerbelastung.
Die 2. Hose war leider schon nach knapp 1 Jahr fleckig (Handwäsche) und löchrig.
Bei meiner neuen Hose vermisse ich die Innenhose, sonst ist sie bis jetzt super.
Ich hoffe sie hält lange, sonst müsste ich mir schweren Herzens einen andere Anbieter suchen.
