Icebreaker hat qualitativ hochwertige…

Icebreaker hat qualitativ hochwertige Bekleidung aus Merino. Mir gefällt es, dass es wärmt, bequem ist und schöne Farben hat. Ich schwitze immer sehr viel und mit den Shirts entsteht kein unangenehmer Geruch.
Die Produkte sind gut verarbeitet und auch leicht. Bestellungen sind unkompliziert und Lieferungen zuverlässig.

I like icebreaker but my last purchase…

I like icebreaker but my last purchase I thought the quality had gone down. The fabric seemed very thin. I also ordered a size too small based on the descriptions on their website. They tell you what size the model is wearing and he was taller than me but I guess way younger so the jacket is still wearable just tighter than I wanted.

Delivery issue

There was a significant delay in delivery. Order was placed on 22/2 and it took more than 2 weeks for delivery. I was advised that there was a delay in dispatch due to an internal issue so I appreciated the update.

Bad Customer service

After more than 2 months I've still not received my money back after returning 9 items. I cannot recommend this company if my issue hasn't been resolved yet in a normal manner. Sent multiple written communications and have called twice as well, where the first employee even hung up on me mid conversation.
Update: it is now April, the products got returned in February. Money still hasn't been returned and I've been given two different reasons as of why this is the case from Icebreaker now... can't recommend anyone buying from them.
