The total purchase was approximately £600
It has taken over three months for me to claim my money back
I have never met a company so incompetent in processing the refund let alone doing basic maths
This happened because the return service was out of order
Then you couldn’t receive emails if you had an Hotmail account
I have to call them every Tuesday to follow up
They were meant to do a bank transfer to my account as I wanted the money straight away but somehow they still fell short

Usual superb quality item that I expect from a legendary company. My high rise tights are a great fit. Rapid delivery.

I really love the items that I’ve purchased - mostly socks and 1/2 and 1/4 zip, and a few tanks.
I have a couple of issues though that have me purchasing less and less. Firstly is with the inconsistency of the sizing. Regardless of the size that I order (small or medium), there is no guarantee of how the item will fit. Secondly are the colourways available for women’s clothing. Black is always fine, otherwise I find the colours are very unflattering . Quality is great, no issues there.

What a great Merino 200 Flexi Shute. I had to buy one for my Mum! I got her to try mine on while she was visiting and she didn’t want to take it off. So I ordered one for her in the grey and within a few days it was received. Happy Mum now! She can wear it everywhere and everyday.

Ich habe zwei Icebreaker RealFleece Sherpa LS Zip Jacken im Jahr 2023 bei zwei unterschiedlichen Händlern gekauft. Die Jacken wurden über zwei Wintersaisons hinweg im Wechsel mit anderen Jacken getragen und entsprechend der Pflegehinweise gewaschen. Nach dieser Zeit zeigte sich bei beiden ein sehr ähnliches Verschleißbild: deutlicher Substanzverlust des Materials, stark ausgedünnte Wollfasern, spürbarer Verlust von Volumen und Materialdichte sowie bei einer der Jacken mehrere Löcher im Innenfutter. Ich habe den Fall sowohl mit den Händlern als auch direkt mit Icebreaker geprüft. Beide Händler haben den Fall als normalen Verschleiß bzw. außerhalb der Gewährleistung abgelehnt. Icebreaker selbst hat nach Prüfung eine weitere Kulanz- oder Qualitätsbewertung ausgeschlossen. Mir ist bewusst, dass Garantie- und Gewährleistungsfristen abgelaufen sind. Dennoch hätte ich bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse und Marke eine höhere Materialhaltbarkeit erwartet.

Trägt sich angenehm auf der Haut. Socken sind sehr gut, weil sie etwas dicker und fester sind.

This company has gone downhill. I ordered a pair of merino blend socks and after less than 6 weeks they fell apart. They ask people to contact them via their no-reply email and unsurprisingly it doesn’t work. Their online contact chat is automated, signposting me to a ‘report fault’ page which only tells me how to repair my item. I then tried the return option and apparently there are no return slots available. No one from IceBreaker has bothered to reach out. The quality or customer service is not what it used to be. I would no longer recommend or buy from this company.

Disappointed - I bought a MerinoLOFT jacket based on many years of positive past experience with Icebreaker, including a merino jacket I’ve owned for around eight years and still use. Unfortunately, this one has been deeply disappointing. After only limited wear, the sleeves began tearing at the seams and the damage has progressively worsened. The same issue is now appearing around the pockets. I’ve only ever hand‑washed the jacket, yet the colour has faded significantly as well. Being advised to patch a premium‑priced jacket that’s failing at common wear points is not acceptable. At this price point, I expect durability under normal use, not premature failure. Regrettably, this product falls well short of the quality I previously associated with the brand. No joy upon contacting Icebreaker - it appears the brand is not what it once was.

Product quality is superb and the cutting, pattern of the products are on good level. Merino is sustainable produced, it is important to me also.
