Jag beställde via er hemsida och fick hem mitt nya linne.
Jag skulle hellre handla på Alewalds men de har inte hela sortimentet. Jag avskyr denna postorderhantering. Inte alltid färger, passform eller storlekar stämmer. Nu har jag flera klädesplagg från Icebreaker innan och vet att just dessa linnen passar men generellt vill jag handla kläder i en butik där jag kan ta på och prova kläderna.

Die Merino-Qualität ist toll und es ist super, dass es je nach Jahreszeit und Einsatzbereich unterschiedliche Qualitäten gibt. Nichts anderes mehr zum Wandern und zum Sport!

Very disappointed with Icebreaker…

Very disappointed with Icebreaker customer service. I ordered some items during one of their sales and wanted to exchange one item for a different size. My goodness, what a drama. Long story short, no you can’t, you can only get a refund. And if you want to buy the correct size it is now full price as the sale has ended. Very dissatisfied given I have been a loyal Icebreaker fan for 15+ years. Easy solution, I have now switched allegiance to MONS ROYALE, see ya Icebreaker, thanks for looking after your loyal customers.

Icebreaker products are very well made, comfortable to wear and easy to care for. It’s easy to order online and products arrive quickly and in environmentally friendly packaging. They are becoming my go to undergarments year round.

Track pants now less flattering.

I bought a few pairs of merino track pants to replace some I bought a few years ago. Unfortunately medium is now much too large and baggy around the hips. These used to be such a flattering shape but they are not the same pants. A size medium pair I bought at Aldi were perfect.

Colis pas arrivé — zéro aimabilité

Colis pas arrivé. . . Icebreaker me demande de remplir une déclaration pour remboursement par leur assurance. La déclaration n'est pas pré-remplie. Ne propose aucun geste commercial (gratuité / réduction). Je n'utiliserai plus jamais votre site. Acheté le même produit ailleurs (Galaxus). Pas arrivé également, mais eux me l'ont renvoyé sans m'obliger à une déclaration de perte (comme si c'était moi qui avais perdu quelque chose) pour être remboursé.

I have been wearing Icebreaker for many…

I have been wearing Icebreaker for many years, not as an adventure outdoor person but everyday and for travel.

I have replenished my wardrobe with a numerous items this year. I think the sizing may have become a little more generous in comparison to past. I did have to return some XL to replace with L (and I have not become slimmer).

Super quick post.

Always lovely and so comfortable to wear. Today I am wearing one very old siren cami, new pants and a new tee

I’d like a little more photographic…

I’d like a little more photographic detail online as the jacket that I bought for my husband is different to the first one I bought him although they look the same from the photos. They have the same styling but the knit weave is different.
