Total scam, they auto ship and charge you, when u try to manage account on their web site it wont let you. Do not order anything from them!!! Such a hassle having to deal with my bank, changed my card # and they still charged me.

This company is a scam! I emailed them to say I DO NOT want to be put on an autoship! They did email me back to ask how they could resolve this? I asked for a delay as my husband is in Palliative Care. My request was NOT honoured, I was charged & shipped the autoship. I emailed again with a request to STOP ALL ORDERS. I am returning the order & I asked for a return. NO REPLY! They won’t give me my money back or stop the autoship, then they only want your money,! Don’t order!

After I received my first package that came crushed in its packaging I tried to cancel my subscription. I cannot get through with any phone numbers but have been sending emails back and forth. They say I have to cancel it on the website but the website doesn't work. I have asked them to cancel for the last 3 months and they will not do it. They have billed me twice since then but I have not received any packages. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, it is not worth the stress!

This is a scam. I have been waiting and while waiting they charged me again saying I was on a subscription. I have yet to receive anything and have been in contact with paypal to get my money back.

I have yet to receive the product ordered over a month ago and have requested a refund which they say they are processing but have not received promised credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!

I tried the product for two months and noticed no benefit, so I asked to cancel. Instead of honoring the request, they ignored my emails, charged me again, and made the cancellation process needlessly difficult. Their phone number doesn’t accept calls, the customer portal barely works, and the email responses seem designed to sell you more products rather than solve the problem.

Signing up was quick and easy. Getting them to stop taking money? Apparently that’s the advanced course.

Even contacting the Wyoming registered-agent address led nowhere useful. Based on my experience, this company is unresponsive, difficult to deal with, and far more interested in recurring charges than customer service. Save yourself the frustration and stay away.

I forgot to read reviews on this company but did so after order immediately cancelled order went to page they indicated for cancellation of order and subscription. Well that didn’t work now only machine communication into it 3 weeks now

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks and nothing I do is working. I have emailed them many times and get responses that give me directions that doesn’t work either. I’m fed up with this company

DO NOT ODER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Same thing that happened with everyone. I did not subscribe to them. Just wanted try it out first. I've emailed from their website,from my email and the shop app. The shop app saved my credit card so I deleted it. I froze my card and now I have notified to not accept any purchases from this ridiculous website!! I don't care if this was the best product, which I haven't tried, I would never order from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Well, I wish I had read the reviews first because as soon as I placed my order I was alerted by my bank and I immediately cancelled my order. However, I got an email wanting me to confirm cancelation and I confirmed it but they still wouldn't cancel. They just kept sending me emails wanting to know why I was canceling and I just kept answering it was made by mistake and to cancel. I finally had to dispute this and let my bank handle this. P l e a s e do not get sucked up in their scam. They are not a reputable company and somehow they should be shut down.

Just like everyone has said it is an automated response no matter what you say they build me three times I've only gotten the product once and when I've tried to cancel, it loops back to the first response I was giving when I originally submitted a cancelation.

I would caution anyone to subscribe for auto-shipment DO NOT doi it. It is nearly impossible to cancel. This company will not help you cancel via customer service which seems to be AI, some type of auto-reply or idiots handling email. I have written 21 emails amd I have yet to have a person take care of my request. The phone numbers are not in service so impossible to speak to a person. I have asked for a call back or a reply confirming my cancelation and I keep getting a "sorry for the inconvenience " reply. Horrible customer service

I wanted to try HydroLabs' hydrogen tablets before deciding whether to become a repeat customer. When I placed my order, I did not realize I had been enrolled in a recurring subscription.
It took nearly 30 days for my order to arrive. After receiving it, I decided I did not want to continue with the subscription and contacted customer support to cancel.
Support instructed me to use the "Manage My Subscription" link on their website. I was unable to find the page they described. After I reported the issue, I was told their team would look into it, but I did not receive a follow-up or a resolution.
I have also received recurring billing emails directing me to a subscription management link that, in my experience, led to an inactive webpage, preventing me from canceling through the method they provided.
My experience has been frustrating because I made multiple attempts to cancel but was unable to do so using the instructions provided. Support assured me multiple times that they would cancel my subscription. To this date it has not been cancelled.

Would give ZERO if possible. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.
Refund impossible. Had to cancel card I ordered it on. Customer service ZERO %.
Save your money. Move on.

I should have read reviews before ordering. I haven't received anything (been over 45 days), yet they debited my card twice even though I did a one time purchase. I would have been better off handing my money to someone with a sign on a street corner

Do not order from them, complete scam and will rebill your card for a subscription never signed up for......rebilled before even receiving the original order, which still hasn't been received. I ordered over a month ago, which my card was billed for at the time, still no product over a month later. When I went to the "Fast Shipping" link it had expired, had to have it resent, when I went to shipping I just get "not found" and shipper "Unknown" and "Carrier has not updated the information". Last communication was June 22 from the shipper, it's now July 21st. So disappointed in Hydrolabs.
NOW.....after canceling them on my credit card, miraculously it was delivered on July 14th??? 2 days ago it was in transit, today is July 23rd. COMPLETE SCAM!! I'd give them a zero rating if that was an option.

Without a doubt the worst customer service experience of my life. Impossible to cancel subscription.

Tablet did not fully dissolve after 12 minutes. What did dissolve, left the water dark and scummy looking with a scary looking film floating on the top. I have been scammed and am not going to drink this!
