Hydrolab Arvostelua 

Hydro labs is a “hear-after” company. Meaning they just keep charging you , making it very hard to unsubscribe. The tabs weren’t great either.

I emailed this company 5 times, from as soon as it happened, to try to cancel my order as it accidentally went through whilst I picked up my toddler. Today they took the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is no good, not reliable, and the customer service is terrible. I bought a posture, and they sent me a size that was too small. They will not respond to my attempts to exchange this item for the correct size. This is how far my politeness goes. This company sucks.

I have issues which can’t be addressed because the company will not reply. Not the way to deal with customers

The back support does not fit a normal size person. Will no refund your money. Charges you to return if not satified. Well not refund money like their advertisment says they will. Stay away from this company. Bad product and bad customer service!!!

Absolutely horrible company. Never received my product. When I inquired about a refund they told me they don’t do refunds. Claimed they sent a replacement and another month has gone by, still no delivery. Do not waste your money this company is a rip off.

customer service horrible, Contacted company regarding help with sizing. they recommended a size which I purchased. took three weeks to receive product. (shipped from China)
Finally received item, way to small, contacted company, about returning and full refund. they asked for picture, and issue. sent all info they requested.
after waiting for response. They said it was sent to dept. for review. still no response.
had to contact Credit card company to help with issue.
Customer service sucks, poor return policy, just keeps delaying .

This company is a scam!!! They do not send anything out and make you check your post office. It’s a scam. I waiting nearly a month and when I finally sent an email, the next day they responded and said it was delivered. In which it was false I live in a safe neighborhood where no one steals packages. I checked with my neighbors and post office and nothing was delivered. It’s a scam company do not buy anything from them. Check their reviews people haven’t received anything and if they did merchandise was broken or very very cheaply made. SCAM!!!

Ordered a product from here based on their size descriptions. It didn’t fit and I wanted to return it for a refund. They said they would “investigate” and it took like 2 weeks of me asking. They finally said they can’t do returns. ??? What the? The worst customer service I think I’ve ever had. Do NOT buy from them.

If you follow the illustrations you will end up with a torn tent,
No customer support , been waiting for a reply for around 4 working days now.

If there was good customer support I wouldn't be writing this review because I realise it wasn't just the company's error but my own for following the illustration shown in instructions.

Great quality tents, easy to assemble.

Stay away from this company, they will take your money and give you bad experience... I bought tent and it was broken.. I contacted hydrolab they said send us a pic and i did and never hear back... Stay away tents are pour made and costumer service is - 10...never again doing business with this company.... Stay away

Amazing quality. You won't find better anywhere else.
