This company is pure crap! I’ve never experienced any company doing business this way. I ordered a one time purchase and they put me on a subscription. They would not cancel it after I told them I didn’t sign up for it. It took several months and me calling my bank. They need to be out of business.

I wanted to try the product so I ordered not realizing I had signed up for a prescription plan, I was not fully satisfied with the product so I didn't order again. They sent the product again so I went on line and cancelled the prescription, after receiving 10 emails back and forth and declining the charges they kept sending the product which I return. Do not order from this company ever they will never let you cancel. They should not be allowed to conduct business this way. If anyone files charges against this company I will be happy to testify against their business practices.

Scam company. Order once and they put you on subscription. They charge your card monthly and there is absolutely no way to undo it. They won't properly respond to emails, no working phone number. On the site, they have no return policy. All the ads that offer a money back guarantee are all fake. Will likely have to cancel the credit card because the credit company can dispute charges but can't prevent charges.

these people are cunning crooks they have been sending me stuff and raiding my account cant contact them to get it stopped and money back i wouldnt mind betting their product is all crap too i have been ripped off the filthy swine that they are everyone stay clear of them.

I ordered these and they didn't work I wasn't gonna order them again. Then they took money outta my account again and that's when I found out I had a subscription that I didn't start. And now I have emailed them several times for a refund and they offer me 10% and say thats all they can do even tho they offer a 60 day guarantee SO DONT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND now gotta report them to better business bureau and then see if I can sue them and get them to pay. And its not gonna be for the amount I paid now I want thousands for all the trouble they caused me and hopefully it will cause them to shutdown so Noone else will have the same problem

I ordered this product based on all the hype you see on Facebook. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering them. I ordered them on May 14, 2026. The company, Earthline Naturals charged me for them and I have never received the product. Then they proceeded to try to charge me each month since then, so I had to report unauthorized activity on my debit card and obtain a new card. I have not been able to get a response from customer service regarding my initial order. What a scam!

Since I can’t give it a zero. Did a one time purchase and then got an email the next month my monthly subscription order would ship in 3 days. Never enrolled in a subscription and the back and forth with customer service was meaningless. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. My mistake, as what happened to me seems to be the norm.

Tracking was inaccurate. I got the product and the tracking said it had not shipped yet. Impossible to get a refund. I was signed up for a monthly subscription with out my knowledge. Horrible, Horrible company. All lies!!!!

Product is not made in the USA as they claim. Placed my order on 30 Jun, and then discovered it was being shipped from China. Requested a return and refund and that became a major fiasco. Disputed the charges with my credit card company 5+ weeks ago, had a new card issued, and to this day they continue to try charging the old card. Do not do business with this company!

They are Fraudsters! I received an order from them in July 2026 and they kept my payment card information on file (which they are not supposed to do). Then they charged me again 4 weeks later and sent me a duplicate order. When I complained to them that I had not ordered another duplicate order, I checked to see if they had listed me for a monthly subscription and there was no subscription listed on my account. The next day they replied that I did have a subscription and they charged me $60 for it and sent the order. I checked my account again and suddenly a subscription for $40 mo. was listed on my account - that I had not asked for (they charged me $60 for it). They lied to me -- fraud and cheating customers is so wrong. I will now have to wait for the order - to send it back and wait for my refund - if they ever give it to me. I cancelled the fraudulent subscription and demanded that they remove my payment card information (we'll see if they do). DO NOT BUY FROM these fraudsters who cheat customers and do business unethically.
August 20, 2026 Update: I got the package I never ordered (they called it an automatic subscription) i emailed them for instructions on how to return the order and was informed they do not accept returns because it is a health product. I cancelled my payment card so they can’t repeat the fraud and am checking with my bank to see if I can get my &$60 charge cancelled and refunded to me. What a terrible experience to have to go through.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EARTHLINES!! BAD! IT COMES FROM CHINA.. IS MAGNESIUM... THEY ARE STILL CHARGING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION EVEN THO I CONTACTED THEM AND CANCELLED. IT'S A SCAM.

This company appears a bit shady. First they change their email server. Then once I finally receive the product, it’s a subscription that I wasn’t aware of. I’ve reached out to them to cancel the subscription, but they keep stalling and send more product.

I regret buying from them. Buyer beware.

I went to the website to cancel my subscription in May of 2026 and could not get into the site to cancel. I sent a message to request cancellation, and no one responded until after my June 2026 order had been placed. I sent another email and was told that I would have to wait for the product to be delivered and then I could request a refund.
Well, it has been 2 months, 31 emails now and I am STILL fighting for a full refund. After 29 emails they refunded 1 of the 3 products, I am still fighting for the refund of the other 2 bags of product. All three were purchased at the same time, but they billed them separately. Now they claim they can only refund the last purchase!!!! I would NEVER purchase from this company ever again. And from the looks of the number of complaints, they may not be in business much longer anyway!
My next stop is BBB. I have all the documentation and proof of the SCAM this company is!

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO CANCEL AUTO SHIPMENTS. AND THEY KEEP SENDING ORDERS.

Do not buy from this company! I did not want repeat orders. I never signed up for repeat orders. i cannot return product for refund they do not respond. they did not cancel subscription that i did not ask for. Do not buy from this business!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is horrible and very shady. I have emailed and returned their WORTHLESS product(at my expense), but I've received no refund and they're continuing to send product and bill me. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to put a stop to this. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and spreading the facts about this shady company far and wide.

Terrible service. I ordered them one time, the pills made my water taste awful and smell bad, like rotten eggs. It did nothing that it claimed to do. Two months later they sent me another package, which I never ordered. I emailed them and told them I never asked for these pills and I am not paying for them. They said they couldn't cancel my order! I notified my bank and they reversed the charges. Then they tried to get the money from my bank again and my bank stopped payment. Im still out $28.00 for the first package which I bought in April. Im concerned their may be toxic contaminants in this product and I would like to get a lab analysis of what exactly these pills have in them. Terrible customer service, a scam, a fraudulent company. I will be reporting them to the B.B.B. and the Department of Health in my state.
