Great product, girlfriend loved it!

I bought the Axolotl 2025 edition for my girlfriend for valentines day and she is so happy with it! Its super cute, and the different light settings are so nice and the lowest light setting is so soothing. It also arrived in only 13 days so that was also very great.

Nice clean interface, easy to use. Shipping timelines were not clear though I don't know when it is coming...

Everything was easy and straightforward

I ordered a Night lamp (I think it is called mushroom cat). The delivery took 1,5 weeks (faster than I expected). The item looks like the pictures and does Not smell Bad. The skin is really soft.
At first try, the item did not work as expected so I reached out to Customer Service. The next day I tried it again and since then it is all working Properly :)
I guess that it was just too cold due to the delivery process and the current weather conditions. The Customer Service responded very quickly and was offering help in solving the issue and (already within the first mail) a new item as replacement if we can not solve the issue.
So my experience is very good. It was my first purchase there.

Simply never received the order. No tracking updates, no emails, no explanation. Just took the money and ran.

My package was stolen and I tried to explain this to customer service and get a replacement or refund and all they do is ask me for a proof of non delivery from my local post office. I explained that it was stolen via email 4 times now and they just send the same message. They won’t even offer another solution.

I haven’t gotten my item yet so I’m not sure why I’m getting a survey right now. I ordered it as a gift and it’s terrible that I had to ask the person if they’ve received it. I just ruined it for them because of this email. They haven’t gotten the item yet

The ability to track the shipment turned out to be helpful and precise. The product arrived undamaged and decently packaged. The smell of the product is a bit intense (perhaps due to the recent production date) and does not match the visual qualities (which are very good). Maybe something could be done about this in the future? Overall, I recommend it to anyone looking for something unconventional as a gift.

Before I ordered the Capybara lamps, I had read the reviews which looked good to me. The lamps even exceeded my expectations: they are indeed very cute and well done.
Even though they were belated Christmas gifts, my daughters were very happy to have them.
