HUB energy Arvostelua 

Switched from Outfox the Market a few to HUB Energy a few months ago. The switch procedure was very simple and I was updated by e-mail and text at regular intervals. They have both competitive fixed and variable rate tariffs, an easy to navigate and use website. Submit my meter readings quickly online once a month and then receive a bill within a few days. Very happy so far and I would highly recommend them.

The Customer Services handling of my credit balance and final DD payment cancellation was helpful and efficient at the end of my supply contract.

I’m trying to find out about getting my smart meter upgraded. It’s not quite in Hub energy’s remit, but it didn’t stop the very helpful Melissa trying to help me.

I contacted Hub Energy and my call was answered by Melissa. I had selected a new Gas/Electricity plan to replace my existing plan which finishes on 30/6/2021. The plan I had chosen was explained and the rates etc discussed.
The help I received was very useful and I would certainly recommend Hub Energy ( I have been with Gulf Power & Hub Energy for 2 years)

Very helpful staff, not done this before but every call has been really good, particulaly Harrison and the lady oi spoke to today.

I’ve found gulf gas and power first class in there prices plus they are very efficient So it applies to hub energy too I can’t fault them. Well done

Not 5 star because I had difficulty using the website. The phone operators are certainly 5 Star.

I spoke to an advisor about renewing my contract for dual-fuel. The questions I asked were answered quickly and concisely. The advisor was friendly and professional. I chose to stay with HUB Energy, and everything was arranged for the contract to kick-in on 1st July. I didn’t have to do anything more. A great service from HUB.

It was easy to switch via Hub's website. Straight forward and quick. However if I could have choose the switch date that would have been even better. I am a satisfied customer though. Thanks.

Service over the last three years has been good. I am now coming to the end of my Contact and I am quoted a 23% price rise for my level of energy usage. That seems a lot. Other providers appear to offer a cheaper price.

The changeover to Hub Energy was trouble free.
Only criticism is being unable to reply to Emails.

can't fault the service. called up and queries were answered promptly, easy to change billing date with no issue. bills have dropped from £60 a month with Bulb pre-payment (they refused to put me on credit whilst i was with them despite having an excellent credit score) to around £25-£30 a month with Hub.

Great customer service. Call handler was transparent dealing with my query.

Disappointing that when tariff ended for single fuel supply, Hub notified me of a new tariff for the electric supply which is only available for dual fuel customers.

Best energy supplier I've had in 60 years. Well done! You can also speak to a real person for assistance and you don't have to wait ages......and their office is in Lancashire. Can't be bad!!
