The agent I spoke to has something training doesn't teach you. How to speak to a customer as a human being: the right mix of warmth, empathy and effectiveness (magic when you have all three). Customer support can be such a sausage factory, the agent I was fortunate to deal with twice has a real spark and dynamism. What more could you wish for? I'm trying not to get excited about managing my utility supplies account but people like this can be transformative for customer perceptions of a business - make sure you hang on to her and let her loose on training other agents too.

I’m a new customer. I have rang Hub energy twice regarding my new contract and on both occasions have truly found the service outstanding. I’m afraid I don’t know the ladies name, I spoke to the same person both times and she is an asset to the company. Explained everything perfectly and answered all of my questions politely and professionally. My switch is now complete and I hope the service remains the same as my experience with the company so far. Outstanding. Thank you.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful full and at a very difficult time for me talked me through what I needed to do etc

So far everything has gone well with the energy switch to Hub

Please explain how you sent me a renewal quote of 17.9858 unit charge which I accepted and then confirmed a rate of 19.8211? When I queried this I was told to read the small print. I thought I was dealing with a reputable energy supplier not a dodgy second hand car dealer.

I renewed my contract with HUB and the young lady who helped me walked me through the process on the computer as i was unsure about getting it right she was fantastic thank you

Contacted HUB to arrange my switch, left it with them and everything went smoothly.

I have been with them for only 3 months but the switch over went without a glitch. Their rates are very competitive. The online account is user friendly and gives you the option to decrease or increase the monthly direct debit amount based on a calculation of the monthly readings you provide. Comparing with the big six energy providers (I have been with most of them in the past) I'm very impressed for a small energy provider.

Had cause to contact them about a IT problem, customer service guy was helpful and sorted it out and promised the fault would be sorted so watch this space! However fill out your EMAIL and a transcript of your conversation will be sent to you still waiting after 2 weeks!!

Very happy with my switch to Hub energy. They may be smaller than the big 6 energy providers but they give a big big service. Great corespondence and customer service. Easy to follow instructions. Feel like I'm not just a number. Great!

The transfer to Hub was OK, but I was unable to input meter readings via the website. In due course, I was advised the website was "down" and readings would need to be added manually by a Hub operator.

I found Customer Services to be really helpful and polite. I had a query which was explained to me clearly and patiently and politely. The HUB member of staff went above and beyond to resolve my issue
