Nothing but trouble from setting up a password to meter readings.

They tell me that they send meter reading reminders monthly but I never receive one. I search my junk file but nothing apart from the bill.

Everything resolved on the phone after a spot of bother with the previous supplier; HUB have a very good site, easy to use and all the info clearly available.

My experience began March 2020 when following a dispute with my former supplier I moved my gas requirements to Gulf Gag who in 2020 became Hub Energy. Since march 2020 I have found them to give an excellent servile with my account in credit with Gulf Gas which is still continuing with Hub energy. On this basis I would recommend Hub Energy to my friends and Family

Great service so far, only negative is having to do monthly readings. HUB needs to get smart meters installed, or improve their technology to use existing smart meters.

This is a company that still remains good contact with its customers. It is so pleasant to be able to speak to a human being rather than the awful online only contact that so many of the bigger companies now use. The quoted rates have always been low; I always use a price comparison site to check the market. I am so satisfied that I have renewed three years in succession. Top class service!

After initial teething problems all is running smooth, so much so that I suspect I will be coming in under their initial Annual Projection and will save more money! Recommend

Been with HUB (previously GULF) for quite a few years now on various fixed tariffs . Easy to manage . Get monthly reminders to submit meter readings . No complaints . When doing annual comparison checks they are always competitive so do not transfer to other providers .

Overall I find HUB easy to use and efficient, being an online-only service.
I was slightly disappointed that the tariff rates I agreed by phone to open up my dual fuel account were slightly less than the final tariff figures used on my first bill.
Apparently, there are standard tariff numbers for a given tariff name, and for my postcode there are "Eastern Rates" which clearly the HUB salesperson was not fully aware of !!

Looking to change suppliers and found Hub energy, excellent website great prices so I chose them . Switching was absolutely painless, reminder each month to send in meter readings couldn’t be happier. Would recommend.

No supply issues, the cheapest price on the market. However the promised smart energy hub hasn't been completed yet and I'm 3 months into a smart tariff. It's outsourced to another company and i got their contact details from hub, when I called them they said they could come next week. Haven't heard back that was well over a month ago maybe two.

So far good value with no issues.

Seems OK. Unit costs for energy were cheapest at the time of switching. Have yet to be contacted about smart meters. Would have expected some contact by now hence 4 stars not 5.

I was a bit worried about some of the negative reviews on here, but went ahead anyway. So far I am really glad I did. Good rates, good customer service and accurate bills.. THANK YOU!
