still waiting for my smart meters to be updated so that I do not have to struggle in the under stairs cupboard reading them which is the reason I wanted Smart Meters installed.

The move from Gulf seems to be a success if it was really nessacery to lose a classic company name to something just has to fit in with the new world we are forced into living with.
time will tell but all ok at present.

Simple web site, manages multi accounts, all information included.

Most competitive of the providers I'd checked, so no complaints there.

App needed as account is managed through their website.
Bills can take quite a while to generate after meter readings (close to a week).
The system often doesn't realise you've submitted a meter reading and continues to prompt you to do so.

So far our experience has been great.
The prices have been competitive and their customer service is excellent.
Their website and information available (including FAQs and such) is currently lacking in that level of detail required to make informed decisions around monthly direct debit amounts and usages.
I had a few problems with the website but after speaking to their "Web Chat Agents" the issues where sent to the development team and fixed within a few days. This is a great turnaround.
I haven't needed to make a complaint (and I hope that I do not have to) so I am unable to say how they would deal with that, however the current experience has suggested good things.

As usual I was reminded to submit Gas/Electric meter readings at the beginning of June. On attempting to submit my Electric Meter reading I was informed that my reading was lower than the actual reading taken. Confused I posed my dilemma to your chat line. The operator was excellent and after a couple of exchanges advised me that HUB Energy now had access to my SMART Meter and could read it remotely. This had been done after I had physically read the meter - hence the discrepancy. I give 4 stars to the response to my query but would only give 2 stars for failing to notify me that you had access to my SMART meter.

I have just received an email putting up my DD from £95 to £236, no communication explaining, no consultation. Time to find another supplier.

Have moved recently, it has taken a little while to get my initial bill sorted due to a difference of reading but all has been sorted.

Friendly customer service at a good price.

Best value for dual fuel. Very easy to transfer to HUB, all work was done for me. Easy to enter meter readings and they advised me to revise and reduce payments unlike companies that keep taking money. I highly recommend this company.

Switched to HUB energy 2.5 months ago and generally very happy.
I wasn't given a satisfying explanation as to why one of my start meter readings was replaced with an estimate (although they did seem to try by responding by email and phone), which meant that I ended up double-paying around £4.50 to both my old and new supplier.
I also don't like the fact that no data is provided on the calorific values used to calculate the gas bills. This means that it isn't possible to calculate the costs independently and check that the bills are correct. This info was provided on my previous supplier's gas bills, and I would expect this to be the norm, if a company is to be transparent about how they calculate bills.
Nice and clean online account overview, and overall, good value for money so far.

I can not fault the service received by by this company after the experience's I have had with other so called service providers over the last few years. Thank you HUB Energy keep up the good work

Paid for meter to be installed three weeks ago still haven’t heard from anyone and meter not near being installed!

Happy with service easy to do readings with email reminders.
