As I wasn't able to give my meter numbers on my computer this time I had to give them by telephone. I hope to be connected to my smart meter that I had before because my electric meter is in my pantry at the very back 2hich I find difficult to reach so I have to have a neighbour read it for me when I have moved things out of the pantry

Shocking service since joining…
Shocking service since joining this company. They’ve lost my supply a total of 4 times, this is currently attempt number 5 - and there’s nothing I can do about it. Their customer service is outrageous, it’s simply non-existent. I’m promised a call back with frequent account updates, but nothing ever happens. I’ve never felt more frustrated with a business than I do here, I’m simply left to sort out this problem by myself.

I was with HUB for two years
I was with HUB for two years, everything was really fine no problems. The only reason for leaving was i managed a slightly better deal. Money is tight so every little helps. Will certainly look to to use next year.

I switched to HUB in March
I switched to HUB in March. Four months later I have still not received a bill although they have taken four direct debit payments.
There was a problem as the previous company changed me to Smart meters but supplied the wrong serial numbers to HUB. However I have sent photos of my meters including serial numbers to HUB and the previous supplier has confirmed them.
I am unable to submit meter readings on the online website so have sent the readings by email each month but HUB are ignoring me,
I have contacted "Hello" at HUB many times but got no reply.
How can they be so incredibly inefficient and unable to input my meter serial number. They could send a person to read them if they wanted but they have ignored that suggestion.
I am at the end of my tether and will contwct the Ombudmen if I have to

This is not the type of experience we would expect our customers to have when joining HUB energy and it is very concerning that you say you have contacted us with no response. We are currently working all emails and queries received at the Hello mailbox in no longer than 5 working days, and recently we are responding to most emails the next working day after they are received so there should be no reason that you would not have a response from us - please check your Spam folder in case our responses are there, and set us as a Safe sender to ensure our emails don't fall in to your Junk file automatically.
Allow me to share with you that I am unable to locate an energy account under your name alone and have just issued a request through Trust Pilot for you to provide this information so that I can assist you best. Please could you respond to this and provide further details, so that we can assist you best.
Alternatively, just give us a call on 0800 830 3670 and one of our customer services team will be more than happy to discuss your account with you.

Only issue was that I received a…
Only issue was that I received a message asking for the meter readings, when I called them I was then told they have updated the smart meters, (that was put in by a previous supplier) so they can get the readings remotely. They did not advise me of this and I haven’t received the device so I can keep track of my usage. Other than that I’m very happy.
