Ongoing Issue with duplicate parking charge
I have been charged twice for my commuter parking for the past four months. I have sent multiple emails about this issue, and although I eventually received refunds, they took several months to process. Unfortunately, I have been charged twice again this month.
It is extremely frustrating to spend so much time repeatedly contacting you about the same billing error. I am very disappointed that this issue has not permanently resolved.

Its just great
Its just great, no more standing out in the rain waiting for someone to remember there reg and then there card wont work. With Hozah I can just get in my car and drive out, the cost is less than paying at the machine nearby.
My wife and I go to the cinema then go for a meal without having to keep checking the time on my parking ticket. Just Brilliant.

Great way to deal with paying
I just drive in find a space go and do my shopping or what ever im doing and the payment is taken from my bank account within a couple of days never had a problem totally recommend using Hozah

Shocking space, clearly just a cash cow - no clear parking bays, people just parking where they want, big potholes in the area, dodgy people hanging around, No-one to contact when you get blocked in - do not park your car here - there's much better/safer car parks in Croydon

Don’t Park Here!! Cherry Orchard Road in East Croydon
Car park on Cherry Orchard Road in East Croydon is shocking. Hozah rent / buy a piece of land, charge extortionate rates to park there and leave everyone to it. The car park isn’t manned, maintained of rubbish and rubble and there’s no bay lines so a complete free for all. My car is currently blocked in with every muppet dumping their car and blocking with no consideration. Trying to contact Hozah and there’s no contact number. Emailed several times and currently not getting a response at all. It’s disgusting. If you want to ensure you can leave when you need to, don’t park here

Hozah AutoPay is perfect. I use it wherever it's available. I never forget to pay for my parking so I don't risk getting an unwarranted penalty charge. Never pay more than is due.

Never had an issue with Hozah car parks. I've set up an account for mine and the Mrs car. Always notified when payments are coming out ets.
