Torus Surveyors Arvostelua

The whole process from obtaining a quotation to receiving the report went smoothly. Follow up questions were promptly dealt with.

Great experience and excellent communication, highly recommend and would use again.

We were really happy with the service that Torus provided. We appreciated the phone call to verbally explain the survey results. The service was prompt and friendly and we would definitely recommend

Quick and Great service

Great. Very friendly and helpful on the phone and a quick turn around with the property survey.

We have used Torus a few times and they have always gone above and beyond for deliver an excellent service every time.

I received a very thorough survey. Communication before and after was perfect and was done in good time. Very happy I chose Torus.

Had a fantastic experience from day 1 with Torus Surveyors. Vicky was excellent at keeping us informed on next steps and ensuring we had everything we needed. They were able to get us booked in quickly so there was no delays to our house buying process. Andrew rang us immediately after doing the survey to walk us through an overview of the findings and sent the full report out a few days later. The whole report was detailed and thorough and we felt in safe hands. I was originally recommended Torus surveyors by a friend and will definitely recommend them myself going forward!

From the outset everything was clear, efficient and friendly.

The survey was comprehensive and presented in clear language and layout with photos.

The surveyor rang me to talk through the main aspects prior to sending the report and encouraged me to make contact if I had any further questions. I took advantage of this and it gave me real clarity about what I needed to check before fully committing to the property and what would be reasonable to work through after purchase.

I used the firm in the recommendation of a colleague and I'm delighted that I did so

I had a Level 2 Survey with Valuation

Excellent in all aspects. Very efficient booking, competitive and clear pricing, communications regular and clear, survey carried out as planned, high quality report received, and the surveyor has even given us support with several follow up queries. Very highly recommended.

Great service! Chris has been amazing and very helpful with a RICS leve 3 survey on a property. His report was very thorough in details and in a good timely fashion. He gave his full attention and time to me when I had few technical questions within the report, with his honest answer and recommendations. Would definitely recommend Torus.

Very detailed level 3 survey report received less than a week after the inspection date. Great communication from Vicky and Helena who are very friendly. Tony Stubbs is very thorough in his surveying.

Professional service with excellent communication throughout. The timeframe was spot on, and the report was very detailed and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Torus Surveyors. Vicky (Office Manager) was especially helpful and always very prompt with email responses.

Great experience with Torus Surveyors.

They offered a very fair price and carried out the Level 3 RICS survey promptly. The report itself was detailed, clear and easy to understand, which gave me real confidence in the property I am buying.

Overall, a professional and efficient service and I would highly recommend them.

Great service I will certainly use them again. Great communication and very happy with the price.

I was very pleased with the way you surveyed the property so quickly after I asked you to.
Also the quickness of the report being received
by myself.
Many thanks

Great friendly staff. Fab advice, quick service.
Very happy , great value for money 💰

I found Torus Surveyors when I was looking for a surveyor local to Manchester as a FTB. After reading a lot of positive reviews, I decided to give them a chance and they did not disappoint. Vicky was very quick in reaching out with a quote and advising next steps. Our Level 2 survey was booked promptly and took place about 2 weeks after first contacting Torus. On the day of the survey, we received an email from Vicky to confirm it had taken place and a call from Carl taking the time to walk us through the key findings and putting our minds at ease on what it all meant. I was impressed by his local knowledge and felt reassured to know when a certain issue was common to the area, etc. The survey took place on Tuesday and we received the report on Friday. It was a very comprehensive report and comforted us in our decision to purchase the property. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service, was quick, simple and everybody was amazing!
Been going through a lot of stress with selling my apartment, but the lovely Vicky was so helpful, as well as the surveyor, friendly, and extremely helpful.
