Torus Surveyors Arvostelua

We recently used Torus for a Level 2 survey and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Vicky made the booking process incredibly smooth, and Rob, who carried out the survey, took the time afterwards to walk us through everything in a really clear and helpful way. Such a professional and pleasant company to work with; we’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Attended on the date as agreed. Received written confirmation of attendance and that the survey had been completed. Received the written survey in 2 days

I used them for a RICS Help to Buy valuation and the service was excellent. Very professional throughout, great communication, and the valuation report was clear and detailed. The turnaround was particularly quick which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Very detailed survey, fast turnaround at a very competitive price. Thank you.

a very thorough and professional report. excellent customer care.

I have recently had a Level 3 RICS survey undertaken by this company, Torus surveyors, on an old cottage. The surveyor was Carl Walker. From beginning to end of my communications with the company, I have received outstanding customer service. The office staff should be commended for their support, patience and attention, going beyond my expectations.
Carl was thorough and accommodating and his report was easy to interpret. He was willing to discuss further various queries I raised and his knowledge and professionalism was much appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

Vicky was extremely helpful, efficient & friendly in assisting me with my options for a home buyer report & valuation. Quotes were provided within 30 minutes of enquiry & a level 2 + valuation carried out 9 working days later. Stephen the Surveyor rang the same day at 6pm to explain his findings in easily understandable terms & an extremely thorough report was received the following day. Exemplary service, thank you so much

Excellent service, easy to talk to & get answers & I thought a reasonable price to.

Efficient service. Very smooth and trouble free. Would use again and recommend

Tony Stubbs was our surveyor. Great and prompt communication from Torus when arranging survey and thorough, detailed and well explained survey from Tony. Very happy with the experience.

We used Torus to complete a Level 2 Home Survey and were really pleased with the whole experience. Vicky was fantastic at arranging the survey and keeping in touch with us via email — communication was clear and friendly throughout. After the survey, the gentleman who carried it out kindly gave us a verbal update, which was really helpful while waiting for the report. The final report arrived within a week, and we were very happy with the detail provided.
Overall, we’re really happy with the service — it made the process of moving home that little bit less stressful thanks to the excellent communication and professionalism from everyone involved.

We had used Torus Surveyors before so chose them again for our new property.
Great communication, accommodating to date requests & deadlines. A super quick turnaround from survey to report and a courtesy call to advise survey was completed without issue was a nice touch. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Torus Surveyors have been one of the most professional company’s I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Obtaining a survey on a property with cladding in order to pay back a help to buy loan has been incredibly difficult , most frustrating and often stressful, however the Customer Service received from Vicky and Helena was exemplary, their advice and guidance was extremely helpful, timely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The survey carried out by surveyor Andy Johnson, couldn’t have gone any smoother. From arrival at the property to producing the report Andy was professional, clear in his explanations and had complete understanding in the requirements. Thank you to Vicky, Helena and Andy for fabulous service throughout this process. I would definitely be happy to use Torus again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Very good experience from start to finish. Easy to book the survey and added the optional extra drone roof inspection. Received regular updates.
Surveyor rang me after the survey before typing up the report to explain his findings. This was incredibly useful, adding meaningful context when reading the report. The report itself was thorough and included helpful photos to illustrate the findings.
I would happily recommend Torus Surveyors and would use them again.

Torus Surveyors were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate an extremely tight survey deadline, and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were so knowledgeable, efficient and approachable, which made the process so much easier and less stressful. A special thank you to Vicky and Helena for everything, and to Rob, our surveyor, for his professionalism and attention to detail. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.
A fantastic service from genuinely lovely people.

Great service, excellent communication and fair price.
I have used them in the past and would highly recommend them. They are a very professional Company.

The surveyor was on time and thorough. He explained the main points in his report and helped us to understand the different categories of findings.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very responsive and made everything very simple.

I needed a survey for a flat I'm buying. My experience with Torus Surveyors was excellent. The survey was done quickly and I received my report a couple of days afterwards. The report was very detailed with further guidance on how to proceed with the information given. I can't fault the service I've received from Torus and would have no hesitation recommending them.
