BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Still waiting on my bike and can’t get a confirmed delivery date despite numerous emails to Horizon and now Fiido directly. My bike order was processed on 30 Aug and payment was processed 5 Sept. Customer service was reasonably responsive but ineffective. I would cancel my order but purchased via Cycle2Work salary scheme which is a pain to cancel. Despite my interest in the bike, very much regretting buying through them right now.

We’re sorry your bike hasn’t yet been delivered. We can see that Fiido have booked the bike with the courier and the bike is currently with the courier. Looking at your order this was a cycle scheme purchase so no payment was processed. Also no bikes are shipped from China, all our bikes are shipped from the UK. Fiido are based in China and all comms is done through them.
Please feel free to contact customer services and we’ll happily cancel the cycle scheme voucher, there is not pain involved. Please note however that ALL Fiido orders are dispatched by Fiido.
We have been in contact with Fiido who are in touch with DX and once we have information this is passed on to you. Delays happen and when it’s not directly anything we can control we find it’s not fair to rate us as such.

The actual process of buying my Fiido…
The actual process of buying my Fiido C11 pro was easy through the cyclescheme. But I found the updates regarding delivery was very poor. The link between the bike seller, the storage location/dispatching and the company delivering (DX Logistics). Horizon could not tell me a delivery date and it was only when I called the delivery company DX that told me the bike was being delivered that morning I called! I did receive an email that morning but it was being delivered approx 1 hour later. But once the bike was delivered I have been happy with the bike.

Sorry there weren't many/any updates. We do explain in detail on the product tab for all Fiido products how the sales prcoess work. We do not oftern get update and we say that when we do they will be passed on. Sorry that you felt you were being ignored. Hope you enjoy the C11 Pro now that it has arrived.

Easy to use website, good service.
The website is easy to use, with a good selection of products at good prices. Once I ordered the Bosch vertical smartphone grip it arrived very quickly.

Minor hiccup, but Good.
Other than a minor hiccup with the delivery, which was quickly, efficiently and without fuss sorted out, this was a positive buying experience. Good website, price OK and I got what I wanted.

Customer service is brilliant
Customer service is brilliant, I wanted a Fiido and Horizon was the only company I found that would do one on my works company scheme. Matt was super helpful with sorting it out and responded to my endless queries promptly. The only issue I had was with the delivery, This was not due to Horizon though, This was the shipping from Fiido themselves. Couldnt fault Matt in the slightest !

I dont think they are interested in selling a bike - Matt the owner sounds pretty unfriendly and the whole approach is not customer oriented and seems quite unhelpful- that is a red flagh to go purchase anything from them especially for the lower end bikes.

Good Morning, We're sorry Matt sounded unhelpful. We are in fact very much interested in selling bikes and the majority of bikes are fairly low end in price, typically £1,000 - £3,000. Unfortuantly we don't offer any lower end than this.
