Homestead Property Services Arvostelua

I want to express my gratitude for your outstanding customer service. Our solicitors suggested your services, and I am pleased we selected you for the survey. Every detail of the work was handled with professionalism. Thank you once again for your exemplary customer support.

First of all I would like to say Thank you for giving excellent customer service. Our solicitors recommended you and I'm glad that we chose you for the survey. The survey was done professionally and covered every little bit of work what was needed. Thank you for giving excellent customer service.

My experience with homestead was excellent. I would recommend Homestead Inspections to anyone looking for a survey on their home/ house they’re interested in buying.

The work they did was brilliant. The survey was informative, detailed and thorough. Alongside this the aftercare is great. I was in touch with one of their team throughout the survey process and multiple times afterwards, all of which I was given clarity and more useful tips for the future.

Thanks Homestead & a special thanks to Junior Sykes who made the whole process stress free & clear minded.

Louis came and gave us all the options with our leaking boiler, he explained everything clearly and made it easy for us to decide to have a new one. He was very prompt and efficient removing cupboards and cleaning the damp off the walls. I can't praise him enough. I am now going to use him to replace my kitchen units.

100% recommended. I contacted Homestead for a second opinion regarding a damp course quote. After looking into the root cause of the issue with me, I no longer need than damp course, this has saved me a lot of time, effort and money.

Always gives my clients a 5 star service, both with the detailed report, but also the aftercare which means I have no hesitation in recommending Junior to all my clients for property survey.

Homestead are a fantastic company to use if you require a home survey carrying out. From booking the inspection, it being carried out, to receiving our report, the service has been first-class. Junior, the surveyor that carried out our survey has been incredibly helpful and insightful, providing his expertise so quickly and was willing to help outside of regular office hours during the busy Xmas period. To put this into perspective, we booked the inspection on 17/12/2024, were in discussions within about 15 minutes, had the inspection done two days later and had the full, detailed report back on 24/12/2024 (which bear in mind is Xmas eve).

We used the Gold package and Junior has provided a thorough and detailed report that we are now taking back to the vendors to open negotiations, knowing we’ve got his professional advice behind us.

Highly recommended.

Received a brilliant report from Junior. It detailed everything about the property I'm about to purchase and allowed me to negotiate £12,000 off my original offer

We recently used Homestead inspections opting for their gold survey and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Before the survey, Junior called us to explain the entire process in detail, which made us feel confident and well-prepared. It was clear from the start that he was highly knowledgeable, and his friendly and professional manner made everything easy to understand.

Homestead provided exceptional service by not only sending us a digital copy of our home survey promptly but also by delivering a beautifully presented brochure by post. The brochure made it easy to understand the findings, with clear details and professional presentation.
Once we had received the survey, Junior followed up with a call to check in, offer advice, and answer any questions we had. This level of care and attention to detail was truly appreciated and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

We’re incredibly grateful for the excellent service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Junior and Homestead to anyone in need of their services.

Junior at Homestead Inspections was fantastic to work with. From our first contact through the completion of the detailed inspection, he provided excellent service, including a follow-up call and thorough email notes.

We would recommend Homestead to anyone!

Homestead came round to do a Damp survey on my 1900 very old terrace house.
Very professional service Jr explained everything in layman’s terms so I understood everything he was telling me.
Fantastic job and would recommend this service.
5stars!!!! ❤️

What a professional company ! From the initial phone call throughout Junior and the team were efficient, punctual and polite. Junior explained everything to us in language we understood and was very reassuring. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that actually do everything they say ! Thank you !

We are SO pleased we chose the right company to carry out our home survey. The report compiled by Junior was very indepth and insightful. The process ran really smooth with a very quick turn around from the initial enquiry to booking in the survey and then the comprehensive report. Would definately recommend Homestead!

Damp survey. The process from booking to the verbal advice given and the written report was seamless. Would 100% recommend.

Ease of making appointment. Great communication with myself and Estate Agent to confirm the booking.
Extensive investigations and detailed report of the house I was looking to buy.
Thankfully due to their diligence they found some issues which would have been costly without. Therefore I was able to re-negotiate with the seller.
I’m so thankful I used Homestead and had peace of mind about the property I wished to purchase.
I’ll definitely be using them again.

Junior Sykes provided me with an exceptional service. He took the time to provide me with the guidance I needed to move forward with an issue I had, even though following that advice meant that I did not need to use Homestead Inspections services. Honest advice like that leaves an extremely positive impression of the company and its approach to business, and they would therefore be top of my list to go to when I need the services they provide.

We recently used homestead inspections for the survey of the property we want to purchase.
The inspections were very thorough and detailed to a high standard. The communication with the staff were highly professional and they responded well in time to address any queries. This inspection helped us negotiate a better deal for the property. Good value for money. I will highly recommend homestead inspections to anyone looking for a house survey.

Communication was great! Junior was able to visit within days of booking the inspection and the survey was received via email a couple of days later followed by a full paper copy via post.

Excellent service.

Very thorough I must. I had my report back the same day posted and via PDF email. The report was very detailed with pictures. I would highly recommend.

Recently had a survey done with homestead inspections and couldn’t recommend them enough! Really easy to book, communication throughout and received the survey after only a couple of days through email and then in the post! Really thorough with pictures.
