I had a great experience with House Smart, our survey was booked in promptly, completed on time and the findings were discussed by the surveyor after the report. Great experience and a happy customer
We booked a surveyor via the telephone. Jamie Plant was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are in our 70s so not very technical minded, Jamie talked us through everything over the phone and he was very patient with us.
The survey on the property which we are about to purchase was booked very quickly and within 4 days the report was sent via email.
