Very impressed with the whole experience. Easy to order. Details of the product online were accurate. Tracking my order very simple to do. Delivery was very quick, order came on a bank holiday. Very pleased with the product too.

Swift delivery and was kept updated by both the company selling the sofa bed and the delivery company. Couldn’t be happier. Love the sofa bed. Very comfortable firm seat. It feels substantial and I think it will retain its shape.

I liked the parts I got but the sofa has a flaw on the rattan, its twisted and I havent received the table top yet so was a bit disappointed 😔 that I didn't have the whole set for the lovely bank holiday weekend which was why I ordered it in plenty of time.
Overall the set is very nice though 👌 and the customer service was exceptional and they did everything to rectify the situation, especially Nick, thank you 😊

We ordered a set of modular outdoor furniture. It arrived it in an excellent condition and looks exactly like the photos. One part was missing however it was very promptly sent the next day and arrived very fast. The service was exeptional. Especially the communication with the customer support (Nick). I will order from here again.

Really lovely selection of furniture and all at very good prices. My order arrived quickly. The furniture was easy to assemble with good instructions. Its lovely and comfortable and looks good. A minor delivery query over courier splitting the boxes over 2 different days was easily and quickly sorted. Nick at Home Garden Direct customer services was really helpful. He promised to sort everything and call me back with details, which he did. My second box arrived next day as promised plus a follow up call from Nick to check that everything was OK. Brilliant and friendly service. Great company to do business with. Would highly recommend.

Great price for my outdoor corner sofa ,I’ve seen the exact one advertised for double the price ! A bit fiddly in places to put together with the screw holes not aligned ,but for the price we paid can’t complain ,it looks fab in my patio area .Great communication with Home Garden Direct from ordering to being delivered .Thanks I love my purchase .

No indication on website or even in shipping policy that delivery guys wouldn’t take upstairs, or anything to ask for that or indicate it was required or not.

Very good purchase for the price, and the customer service assisted us efficiently. Our furniture arrived with a wrong leg, but they resolved the problem within a few days.

Extremely disappointed. Quality very poor, too 2 hrs to put together not 60 mins as stated, seating is hard and thereforr extremely uncomfortable. Cant return as I have recycled box and they said need in original! Awful
