Very good service. They called us half an hour before arriving. Matthew and Mark were professional and provided a great service. Well done. Credit where it is due.

Terrible. First system fault so did not know we answered yes to get our sofa delivered Friday. Had a day off work, old sofa outside in the rain! After complaining was told it would be with us Friday late. Waited waited nothing. They don’t work weekends so no sofa for the weekend and no confirmation on when we will received it!!!!!!!
Do not use them.

Was scheduled to have a DFS suite delivered today (27/10) between 12:00 - 16:00. At 16:30 they contacted me to advise delivery won’t happen! No explanation or apology from these cowboys

If I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate. Told on four different days that our sofa would be delivered. Waited in all day on all four occasions after being “promised” that our sofa would arrive for a disabled adult - which they were made aware of.

A plethora of excuses given - from drivers running out of time, to drivers off sick and none in our area. Phone lines are also awful to connect to, and no option to leave voicemails. They also ignore your online enquiries.

I explained that we had our old sofa collected the day of the original delivery, however the one with this company then never showed up.

Finally a manager contacted me to admit the sofa wasn't actually in stock - and would be delayed for several weeks. I asked why they advertise a 1-3 express delivery for something not in stock… he said yes it’s not acceptable is it. He also admitted staff should not be saying it’s delayed from drivers - when it’s not even in stock, bizarre! If things are delayed - that’s fine, what’s not.. is messing customers around promising to deliver things, when they clearly know it won’t be!

I would avoid this company at all lengths, shocking service and completely incompetent - not a great sign when even the team themselves admit it’s a shambles!

Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid !! Do not use!! Was meant to deliver my sofa on the Monday. Phoned up and they said they’d be with us by 6pm . Got a call around 5pm ish to say van had broken down and it would be Wednesday now. Turned up on Wednesday lunchtime missing half of my sofa (as it comes in sections) and was told van never broke down on the Monday by the delivery drivers themselves and that they’d just ran out of time as it was 3.30 and couldn’t come to me so I’d been lied to. Told remaining part of the sofa would come the following day Thursday . Never arrived it’s now Friday and they’ve lost the rest of my sofa and nobody can give me a straight answer as to where it is or why it’s not arrived or when it will arrive . 4 days waiting in for an incomplete sofa . DFS who I bought the sofa from can’t get a straight answer from them either or give us a straight answer to what’s happened . Absolute shambles of a company and wasted 4 days for half of a delivery with no sign of getting the remainder of my sofa . Going to cancel the whole order and involve the authorities. Avoid at all cost the only thing we’ve got after all this is a week of stress and being lied to and now have to go through the added stress of cancelling the sofa we lived to go elsewhere . This company is ran on lies and deceit !!

Damaged my door upon delivery and have ignored emails to rectify this, was told they would pay for labour to get my door repaired but they haven't paid anything for this. Avoid

Amazing company and employees! This company delivered my SLF24 sofa and the delivery men were so helpful, took care of the sofa, set it out how I wanted it and it was just an overall great experience! Carlton and Andy were brilliant and I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Received delivery of a sofa (from SLF24.ie) on 25 January. Gary and Pete of HomeDel sent text message to let us know when they would arrive. The sofa was too large to get through the basement lobby, so Gary and Pete took it on themselves to find a way in via the rear lane and our back garden. They couldn’t have been more proactive, efficient, cheerful and considerate. Thanks so much to Gary and Pete from HomeDel!!

The service was professional, quick, and reasonably priced!
The two lads that delivered my item were full of chat and just lovely lads.

We had an order of garden furniture delivered from a well known supplier. The delivery turned out to be damaged. The supplier wasn't contactable so HomeDel were able to contact the supplier to arrange replacement for us. Delivered next day and the damaged goods removed. Great delivery drivers each time. Above and beyond the normal customer service. Highly Recommended and much appreciated.

Peter and Keith delivered an American style fridge freezer to me on 25th July. They had to manoeuvre it up two flights of stairs and did so in a very professional manner and with good humour. Thank you guys and keep up the good work

I got HomeDel to delivery my fridge, ovens and tv. The lads were very friendly and extremely helpful. When they arrived at Harvey Norman there was a mix up and they had to go to a diffrent warehouse. This took an extra hour which they did not charge me for. I would have no problem recommending them and I will use them again to deliver my beds and couches.
