On the odd occasion I have made an error with the order first class customer service kicks in to rectify the problem and refunds quickly sorted if necessary. Holly and Co is my go-to for gifts and house decor. The standard of their sellers’ products is very high and I love that the products are so unique. I prefer to support small businesses, especially hand-made, and many are female founders. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced in years also. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Gift options
Holly&Co had amazing options for a gift I had to get, but while I was looking, I wanted so many more beautiful things! From finding my gift to ordering it to it arriving, it was such a smooth and easy process. I definitely recommend Holly&Co and will be 100% returning!

Great experience ... But please allow customers to leave reviews on Holly&Co
After searching for a special gift for my hubby, I made my first purchase on the Holly&Co website on Sunday. All 3 items (purchased from different sellers) arrived by Friday, each packed with care and extending their thanks for my purchase. The whole process was very straightforward & positive.
Why the 4 stars though.... Well, I would have loved to have had the opportunity to leave a review for each of the sellers. Not only does it feedback to the maker/designer that their item was happily received and beautifully crafted & designed, but it also gives confidence to potential future customers to go ahead with a purchase. I say this inparticular because one of the items I purchased was £90. Not a cheap price, but having received it I can certainly see that the craftsmanship involved in making the piece is worth the price tag. I must admit I was in two minds to make that particular purchase because there were no reviews available from fellow customer, but I chose to take a risk. I'm over the moon with my purchase, and I'm more than sure my hubby is going to love it too when I gift it.
I do hope that Holly&Co moves forward with enabling customers to leave reviews against their purchase/maker (after all I'm not the first person to make such a comment here on Trust Pilot).

Awful service
Awful service - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again. On website it states 4-5 days for delivery but it’s actually near to 2 weeks. I ordered on 30th March and now have a Royal Mail message stating it will be delivered 11th April. I had to go and buy other presents as these didn’t arrive in time.
Customer service not taking ownership nor responsibility.

Buns of Joy - Fabulous
I ordered some cinammon buns as a gift for my husband who was so disappointed at the closure of Cinnabons outlets in the UK. How wonderful to find an equal... Dare I say better product! I found the perfect personalised gifts in memory of a loved one on holly.co and even though my customisation fell outside of their usual, they were able to honour my request and within the timeframe I needed. I had a wonderful exchange with one of their team, and felt really looked after and like they truly cared about my order being right for such a sensitive occasion. It was really appreciated.

The Holly&Co are FAB!
I emailed Holly & Co a while back asking them to help me create an embroided replicar of my grandfather's handwriting onto one of their beautiful pillowcases for my mum as Christmas gift after his recent passing. The team were not only SUPER helpful but they were also so kind and wanting to help bring my vision to life. I cannot tell you how over the moon I was with the finished product when it arrived, and when my mum opened it on Christmas it was VERY emotional as she hadn't seen his handwriting in so long and was just perfect. Thank you to everyone who helped create this gift - it is so special and beautifully done so thank you everyone at Holly&Co.

I sense things are not what they seem with this company
Awful experience, clear break down dialogue with producers and no accountability for breakdown in production with their contributors. When we complained the customer services seemed extremely patronising, didn't take responsibility and didn't provide direct contact with the producer. No apology. Poor poor business model and you won't get returning customers with out trust in your product and service.
