Holly & Co Arvostelua 

I sadly do not recommend this online company, despite the ethos. They are slow to respond to all email communications, slow to deliver and slow to resolve issues. Forget about buying something for a special occasion or deadline. I bought a greeting card for a specific anniversary occasion, and over two weeks later, which includes 12 working days, I've still not received the card and do not even have a dispatch email or delivery date. The moment has unfortunately passed and I've not yet gifted my friend her card. Initially, I received the wrong card (5 days after ordering, which is on the longer side of a delivery wait time for a card - 2-3 days would be much more in line with standard times). I wrote immediately to let Holly & Co know the wrong card had been delivered. It's now been 7 working days since first emailing Holly & Co to raise the issue and request the correct card be posted. Multiple emails have been sent during this time, which has taken a lot of my time, and Holly & Co have still not confirmed the correct card has been dispatched, despite mutiple chases. Their communication is so slow and ive had to send multiple emails to get a response - replies verge on patronising, and their responses never resolve the issue. They leave you hanging for days and seem to have no control over anything, saying the seller is taking a long time to respond. So in the case of Holly & Co, essentially you will be dealing with a 'middle man' - they don't really have any clout, they don't really take responsibility, and you're at the mercy of the individual artist/seller, who Holly & Co will keep telling you is a 'small business', like that gives them a sympathy card to delay an order and ignore emails. I'm left questioning why they are working with sellers who do not reply to emails, or who do not adhere to their own stated delivery times. Most other reputable online companies would ensure the correct item be prioritised for immediate dispatch and a refund issued for the huge inconvenience. We're now into a third working week, with multiple emails sent, a customer who is clearly disappointed, and the delivery of the item and refund status still in question. I made clear how important it was that I received this card, as I looked elsewhere but bought this card for a very specific reason. Now I feel upset that it's completely and significantly delayed my chance to gift for an anniversary date that will be almost 2 weeks ago now. Mostly, I'm angered and frustrated by the incompetency of this online company. Don't be fooled by the founders vision. It all sounds fantastic on the website, but the reality of the online shopping experience is very different. A really stressful, upsetting and horrible shopping experience. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

Great experience and customer service. Ordered a personalised mug which was 10/10 and had to speak to customer service about an issue with it. They responded straight away with a solution and were really helpful. Very pleased and will shop here again!

I absolutely love Holly & Co! I’ve bought from them a number of times and have always been delighted with everything I’ve purchased. Their products are so original and beautifully made, and you can really feel the care that goes into what they do as a small business. Everything always arrives promptly and is beautifully packaged too.

My latest purchase was their handmade Jesmonite chess set, and it is honestly stunning. Such a gorgeous, unique piece — I absolutely love it!

I did have a small issue with a couple of the pieces, so I contacted Holly & Co, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the response. They got back to me immediately and replacement pieces were sent out the very next day. That’s customer service at its very best.

I ordered the bud vase with a picture of the church on that we are getting married at for my in laws as a thank you gift, and it is absolutely lovely, even better than I thought it would be. If you are after a thoughtful gift for someone I highly recommend. I will be reordering something for myself for sure.

Totally depends on the independent company you purchase from. I placed an order part of which should have been delivered a week ago, never came. The only way to get in touch is a form which no one ever seems to respond to so same problems as everyone else. Not worth using the website as if it goes wrong you are stuck with no one to speak to and out of pocket - I will keep chasing and go legal if possible but I would avoid

Nothing worse than feeling ripped off. I bought what was supposed to be a kintsugi inspired porcelain heart keepsake for my wife. It was our 18th wedding anniversary. What i received was a cheap, trashy piece of kitch. I paid £30 plus £6 postage. I’ve checked with the supplier and whilst I can’t find the heart, there are other items, such as a tea cup, saucer and Christmas baubles that are retailing at around £20! I estimate Holly & Co have a mark up of at least %100. This heart is not worth more than £10 and that’s a stretch! To compare it to the extraordinary art of Kintsugi is appalling- it couldn’t be less like it.
I’ve also checked with the post office. The postage cost £1.50! I was charged £6. If this is what supporting small businesses mean then you can keep it. Contacted Holly & Co for a refund and had no response.
If you are thinking of using this company, keep your expectations low. I suggest shop around.

I came across Holly & Co and was really impressed by the range of interesting and very creative Sellers they feature.
I have since made two orders (one with 4 different Sellers). All items are superb. The descriptions, (colours, sizes, measurements, photographs, delivery schedule) are very clear in order to manage expectations when ordering bespoke. Each item has arrived beautifully packed with tissue paper/ribbons and personal notes to thank me for my custom. HOW LOVELY IS THAT. In this age of immediacy, it’s nice to receive a bespoke made, beautifully designed, original piece.

The most beautifully handmade items, super fast delivery and wonderful customer service. Used this site many times and they never disappoint. Highly recommend 👏🏼

Sorry my experience with this company has been nothing but shocking . I received my product ,paid postage too . When received I was so shocked at quality and size. Product details so misrepresented!! Emailed as only form of contact . Eventually responded sending details and photos . Did that immediately. Again further waiting .. to be told they had been in contact with company who stand by product description but could return for refund . I’ve asked twice about “free return option or paying for me to return “. Still waiting for that answer . So far I’m out of pocket for 2 postage costs on top of item !!!Returned and let’s see what I’m refunded or if I have to file a claim through my credit card . Shambolic service so be careful before purchasing if you’ll hit the same problems I have . So disappointed

A gorgeous selection of curated items, many of them handmade in the UK. And excellent customer service the few times that I’ve had a query. Holly&Co is my new favourite place to shop, particularly for gifts and little treats.

High quality charcuterie hamper delivered on time for a big birthday. Recipient was delighted. Would definitely use again.

Awful!!! An order arrived that was COMPLETELY different to advertised and was actually dangerous to a child. (A personalised woven trike basket) I have tried to contact Holly.co through the contact page on the website 5 times and received no response over the course of a week. My item cost £50 including delivery and is only fit for the bin. It is absolutely horrendous and the lack of customer service and not even an acknowledgment to my emails is awful. No other way to contact them either. This was one of my daughter’s 1st birthday gifts, truly truly disappointed.

'we will contact the supplier'. Nothing for another week. I asked again and was told I would receive a replacement, great, but it has never arrived and I chased again with no response.
Very disappointed with the service as the remaining sauces were great
