This company is a pleasure to deal with. Natalia was friendly, but very professional and made me feel that my client was being treated as an individual, unlike some computerised versions. The call was swiftly followed by an email confirming our discussion. The premium was competitive too ! I look forward to working with them in the future.

I've used Holloway several times previously, being a broker using whole of market I speak regularly to the underwriters at all the insurers. Jackie at Holloway is very knowledgeable. I've spoken to her on many occasions over the last 5 years, she knows what she's talking about and will go the extra mile to provide information and apply common sense to the decisions.

It was very easy to contact Holloway friendly in the first instance and my call was dealt with in a very professional and respectful manner. My claim was dealt with very quickly and all payments have been made on the agreed dates. I have been in regular contact with HF and all emails have been quickly responded to. After being diagnosed with quite a serious disease I turned to Holloway friendly to help out with my mortgage payments. I had to wait a month for my first payment which I knew but they kept coming and this took away a lot of the stress. They've been brilliant all the way through. I couldn’t Recommend Holloway friendly enough to you, they have been a massive help to me over the past 18 months whilst recovering from my injury making me unable to work. They have been nothing short of caring and supportive with regular phone calls to see how things were progressing! I honestly couldn’t thank you guys enough you have helped me so much and relieved a lot of financial pressure off my back, so I’m eternally grateful for that.

I’m very dissatisfied with Holloway Friendly. After faithfully paying my premiums, I submitted a claim only to have it denied. They disregarded my doctor’s professional opinion and refused to pay out. It’s frustrating to pay into a policy that doesn’t provide support when you need it. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to anyone.

This company Holloway Friendly ripped me off. I paid for the policy for 5 years and they make any excuse to not pay me. This company is a scam. I have complained about this company and I will not hesitate to take legal action as I feel I’ve been scammed. Please do not use this company.

In response to their reply: I did share all of the details with you. The broker who sold it to me is a witness and now this will become a court case. Up to now I’m still suffering and you’re refusing to pay out. Look how many people you’ve ripped off. It’s lucky I’ve found out after 5 years but even in 15 years time you would still refuse to pay out. I’m clearly not the only one complaining about your company. Sorry means nothing, I need my money back for the 5 years that I’ve paid.
