Ms. Aarti was great in her customer service skils. She was polite and assited us through out the booking process.

Excellent cusotmer service from Ms. Aarti Gadkari, I recommend Holidayme for hotel and flight booking.

I am a new customer to HolidayME and I have started using them for all my hotel bookings.

Thank you to senior travel consultant Neha who has been extremely helpful in assisting me with all my queries. The communication from Neha has been prompt and she has always provided world class customer service.

I will continue to deal with Neha for all my travel needs and based on the service I have received I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending HolidayMe to my family and friends.

Let me start with HOLIDAY Me app and the discount coupons which they offer every week and specially the last one SPIN & WIN just LOVED LOVED LOVED IT👍. Trust me I compared the prices on mostly other websites, apps and with some travel agencies also but the price which I got on Holiday me app was UNBELIEVABLE, (25% DISCOUNT) on the total amount because of SPIN & WIN code offer, I really saved around 2000 Sar in my one hotel booking which is like simply OUTSTANDING & AMAZING, and none other App in the world offered me that much discount till now. The best best best company to deal for travels and regarding there customer care support, they are very trustworthy, very quick in reply always very very supportive just loved them, Every member sitting in customer care JOHN, SAHIL, RANJAN, SIKANDAR, GAURI, AARTI are VERY VERY HELPFUL, SPONTANEOUS, POLITE, COMITTED and they always try their best to resolve the issue as soon as they can which makes the people Happy and feel safe about their travel. Love you HOLIDAY ME♥️😘, Always keep this quality of service and keep bringing more discount offers like SPIN & WIN. ( LOVE YOU)

I want to thanks MR MOVIN JOHN..
He is so professional and helpful ! I just asked him to get a refund and cancel my hotel booking .. and he really did !!! Thought that my hotel policy is non refundable.. and the money is worth around 1170 $...

Thank you Mr John :)

Trouble to get confirmation during booking process. And room that was given to us during the check in was different from the one that we had booked.

However, Arthi, agent of Holiday Me did a good job of getting it confirmed and also to get special requests conveyed to the hotel.

I had issue with my booking in which i had to call the customer care to inform about them about it. Within half an hour my issue got resolved and my booking got confirmed. Very timely and responsive support 👍

The service and support was excellent. Thank you Aarti for your professionalism and your active support, feedback and follow-up.

I was afraid dealing with you due to bad feedbacks posted online... Many thanks Aarti, really appreciated your quick action and your great support

Easy booking experience with good price

Good customer reps. I had an issue with a booking and the customer service rep: Priyaranjan Balghare was friendly and helpful in resolving it

We faced a problem with the hotel reservation on arrivals, a special thanks to Mr. Sikandarkhan Inamdar who was a great help and also a quick respond to solve the problem.
I would really appreciate if there was a free toll call from Kuwait and world wide as well.
