have not received my package yet website says chips. Ships in 3 to 5 days… Still no tracking. Sent an email to customer support three days ago and still have not heard back. Not happy.

My review

They did everything they were supposed to. It was fast and on time with no delays, it was faster than my Victoria secret package that I bought the same day lol. I jus thought that the back pack would be bigger. It was kinda disappointing. I jus think you should have a picture of someone wearing the back pack so you know how big it actually is.

More than I expected!!

My bracelet arrived within a week and was far more beautiful than pictured on their website. Included in the package was a handwritten note, which made it all more sweet!! Will continue to shop from Hipimi and highly recommend to everyone!!

Very good quality, hit or miss promptness.

The dresses I ordered fit perfectly, and the second one arrived two days after I ordered it.

But the two simple items--scrunchie hair scarves--were ordered March 27th. That's 8 days ago, and there's no sign of them...

I ordered the 3 pack tarot card…

I ordered the 3 pack tarot card tapestries to male into curtains for my dining room. I only received 1, The moon. Trying to get any response to fix issue is so far not easy. Quality of product I did get was excellent! 1st item i recieved was quick as well!

The shipment was very timely and the item I ordered was on back order The company replaced it with a similar order just an increase amount. Order placed was for 5 bamboo toothbrushes and I received 8. What a pleasant surprise. My daughter and I are trying to be more eco friendly and this item is wonderful.
