have not received my package yet website says chips. Ships in 3 to 5 days… Still no tracking. Sent an email to customer support three days ago and still have not heard back. Not happy.

Amazing
The bag I ordered from this site is very high quality. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it is very reliable and I love the design. The customer service is also the best I've experienced. When my package was delayed for almost a month, the seller kindly sent me another one for free. It came in the mail very quickly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely be buying from Hipimi again.
