have not received my package yet website says chips. Ships in 3 to 5 days… Still no tracking. Sent an email to customer support three days ago and still have not heard back. Not happy.

This review is based on shipping alone. Nowhere did it say to expect the item 2-4 weeks when I placed my order. I'm very frustrated about this as I'm still waiting.

The customer service here is amazing!!! I did not receive my order, so when I called to ask where it might be, they sent out another one at that moment! It came today and my daughter loves her little buddha’s and was excited to get another gift in the mail today❤️

Just right!
This cuff was just what I had been looking for to gift to my husband to replace something similar that has broken after many years.
It arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.
